They arrived on time and completed work on the time scheduled. I was really impressed with the daily clean up that was completed before they left each day.
I grade the service and completed work as 5 star, this owner and staff really care about customer service and image of the company. They are committed to success through the work and service they provide!

A couple days after Christmas we got a leak at the base of our chimney that flooded behind our fireplace. We were very fortunate to find Hawaiian Built Roofing. Their bid was competitive and more thorough than others. We had questions about timing; how soon, and how long? They gave us a tentative date, and when that day came, they started! The roof looks great and they protected our yard from debris during the removal of the old roof. I recently had HBR conduct a complete roof inspection on a home we were looking to purchase. The inspection, bid and photos were very detailed and helpful in evaluating the condition and the remaining life of the roof. Sandra was very helpful and very responsive. I called him on a Friday afternoon and they were able to come out and get the repair done by Tuesday. They inspected the entire roof and found a couple of problems which they fixed. There was no hype and although I’m no expert On roofing prices, the monthly charge seem to be fair and reasonable..

I had wind damage on my shed roof. Sandra was very polite and had someone over in no time. They replaced the roof and was able to match the roof on my house. Kenny did a great job and was very professional and fast. They left the area cleaner then when they arrived. I will have them do my home roof when it comes time. Great family to work with. I would definitely refer them to anyone looking to have replacement or repair work done to there roof.

Can’t say enough good things about this company. Meticulous workmanship, started work promptly at 7:30 every morning including holidays. They took great care not to damage landscaping and cleaned up worksite every evening. All charges were explained ahead of time. Forman was on site everyday. Hawaiian Built owner came by to check in with us several times and was always in touch with us via ph and text. If we ever buy another house we will hire Hawaiian Built Roofing no question about it. Hire the best, it will save you money in the long run… We learned the hard way. Thanks to the roofing crew for a job well done!

This roofing company is amazing. I was luck to come across them after several interactions with other roofing companies. They are very reliable, respectful to your property (they pick up all the debris and don't leave the mess) and to the owners (alway smile and were capable of answering the questions I had); they are fast and good at their job, which is rare nowadays. And, they don't try to overprice you. I would definitely recommend Hawaiian roofing to my best friend.

I had tiles coming off on my front porch roof. Hawaiian Built Roofing came out the next day, evaluated the problem and fixed it the same day. They are very professional. I highly recommend them.

This company supported a local art fundraiser, to raffle off a FREE Hawaiian Built Roofing GUTTER CLEANING to support the arts. So I bid on it, and won. When it came time to use it, however, I felt torn because a friend of mine whose husband had died was worried about cleaning her house’s gutters on her own, having a very steep roof and she did not know what she was going to do. So I called Hawaiian Built Roofing and asked if I could transfer my raffle prize over to my friend, instead of doing my house. Know what they did? Hawaiian Built Roofing insisted on cleaning my friend’s gutters for free, AND my house’s gutters for free! They are the real deal— they deeply care for the community they serve. It brings me to tears every time I hear their ads on the radio, it reminds me of what they did for my friend who lost her husband. The world needs more companies like them. P.S.- their team did a stellar job on our gutters, so fast and thorough!

I feel scammed. I called these guys when there was a leak in my preschool's membrane roof on a rainy morning. I was told they could come out that afternoon and we would need to agree on a maximum dollar amount and she suggested $500. She explained if the repair would be more than $500, they would call me for approval. I agreed. Later that day, I missed a phone call from her, called her back and she said that they already did the repair and it would be $750 (without my approval). That is my first complaint. My second complaint is $750 is outrageous for what they repaired, see photo. Another roofing company looked at the repair and said it should have been no more than $100. Beware.
