Tyler gave me an excellent presentation on how the solar panels work, where the panels, meter and so forth would be placed and roughly what the solar package might cost. He was very knowledgeable and forthcoming with answers to any questions I had which was very much appreciated.

We met Richard Hallock at the nampa home show. He came to our house and he helped us with our questions about solar system's. He was patient and listened to each question and was able to answer the questions. He is very knowledgeable in what he is doing. He evened suggested to help another work mate of my son. They are having issues with idaho power.

Our experience with Idahome Solar was a very positive one. Tyler walked us through the process and answered all our questions. It does pay to have done your research on solar systems, in order to know the correct questions to ask. The subsequent reviews for the installation of the system were carried out per Tyler's explanation and the installation only took 2 days to complete. The subsequent inspections by the city and the power company took 10 days and the system turned on perfectly. I would highly recommend Idahome Solar when you are ready to produce your own energy.

I had Idahome install my original solar in May '22 and since that time, I've only paid the connection fee for power so they sized the system correctly. Install was quick and they did a nice job fitting it all on the south side of my roof. I've been looking at trying to be more self sufficient and so they were advertising the TeslaWall 3 so gave them a call and they came out and we're moving forward with that now. Easy to work with and it was a no brainer to have them do the Battery system.

We spoke with a few companies about going solar. We choose Idahome Solar because of the separate financing option that didn’t require us to use any of the equity in our home. Overall, our experience was positive. Tyler was available and quick to answer the numerous questions we had. The installation crew he uses was fantastic, very professional. We had one hiccup that caused a few headaches in that we had two different plans that were approved and the correct plan was not initially installed, but once we realized the error everyone was very quick to get it resolved.

I'm giving Idahome Solar a 4 star rating only because the job is not yet finished. There was a snag in completion, but Tyler has gone above and beyond to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. He and the sales team did a great job in answering our many questions on solar and how this system works. Their people are friendly and courteous. I'm excited to see how it works once it's online. I'm pleased to give my business to a local Idaho company.

Their work efficiency was great but they're planning and scheduling was not so good. I had to call them multiple times to find out about work schedule, installation times, co-contractor show up times, product storage locations prior to installation, Post installation inspections, HOA required documentation submission and homeowners notification of approval by HOA.

Great experience working with Taylor & his team. They answered all the questions & concerns we had in a timely manner. Everyone was very friendly. The installers were very professional & polite. Darren, our sales representative was also very responsive with our questions, concerns & follow-ups. No sales pressure & easy to work with them at our convenience. Great company to work with! We had trouble finding a company that was willing to help us when we started having problems with our inverter. Out of all the companies we reached out to, Idahome Solar was the only one that offered to help. Tyler was great at communicating with us and keeping us up to date on what was going on. He genuinely cared about helping us get our system up and running again. Would highly recommend working with them!

*** Edit - I just had my second solar system installed by Idahome solar. We moved into a new house and decided to add a system here since the savings just cannot be beat. I just received my latest bill from Idaho Power and I really thought it was a type-o.
