More expensive than anticipated. It had been a very long time since our tank had been pumped but the price still surprised me. The tech did have to do a lot of work to get to the septic tank access hole. He really did a good job of explaining everything. Probably sticker shock, but I'm guessing any other company would have charged a similar rate. Very satisfied with the results.

Called at 7am the morning explained our septic system was starting to back up. Emily took the call and was the most professional and receptive person I have dealt with in a long time.
