Brody, the technician, that was sent to inspect our drainage problem was an absolute delight. His knowledge and courteous attitude, plus a willingness to go beyond showed true professionalism. I would recommend this company, judging by my contact with Brody, to anyone in need of their type of services.

We had a small drain clog in our kitchen and needed it cleared before we left on vacation. Zoom Drain was able to get us on the schedule quickly and resolved our issue so that we were able to leave without stressing about the plumbing on vacation. There was a small mess left, but when I contacted the company, the owner himself reached out to me and assured me that this was not up to the standard his employees were held to, and offered a full refund and assured me it would never happen again. The owner was professional and friendly and obviously cared about his business and his clients. It was overall a very positive and encouraging interaction and I would recommend Zoom Drain to anyone.

Great service! Brody was very professional and worked very quickly, making sure to keep things as neat and clean as possible. He offered 2 options for fixing the clog and it worked perfectly.

After purchasing a new home, within 4 days, the drains were clogged. Zoom was fast to respond to the call. This was a tough one! snaking alone wasn't getting it done (I'll spare the details.. but I'm an engineer and serious DIY guy.. so I know they were on the up-and-up). Zoom (Todd and Brody) were TENACIOUS at working a solution. We discussed various options. They worked long hours and were very pleasant to deal with at all points in the process. After a positive outcome, I was quite happy at the cost given the time that was spent. I'd happily work with them again.

Zoom really came through for us! We were referred to Zoom by another plumber who could not get to us in a timely manner and Zoom was able to send someone the same day, and actually within the hour! Conner was fixed our toilet quickly (and cleanly!), then asked us if we had any further questions. We are very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again! Great work!

I had a clogged sink drain on a Friday and called around to multiple rooter/plumbing businesses to try to get a quote on solutions to the problem and quick action. Most businesses couldn’t come out till Monday, and I couldn’t go a whole weekend without a usable kitchen sink and dishwasher. Others could come out but later in the day and for a pretty hefty price. Zoom Drain was the last number I stumbled upon and I’m so happy I did!

They assured me over the phone they could come out and give a quote for free and do the work on the spot if the price was right. Within 20 minutes of being on the phone I had Brody at the door and he did an excellent job. He was very thorough with making sure the problem was truly solved. We ended up getting the drain jetted and it costed less than what it would’ve costed to have other businesses snake the drain, and was much more effective. Brody had to get on our roof to access the plumbing vent on a hot day but had a smile the whole time and didn’t cut any corners or call it quits till he was certain the pipe was all cleared. He made a stressful situation much more bearable with his expertise and friendliness. I’m super happy I found this service and will certainly be recommending them and using them in the future!

We called Zoom Drain because we suspected that our gutter drain leaders may have been clogged or broken and contributing to water in our crawl space . Brody, the technician, came out the same day to scope the leaders with a camera and test the flow of water through the pipes. And within a couple of hours of making the call we were happy to learn that our drainage system was working as expected and isn't a factor concerning the water in the crawl space. I do not think I have every had such a lovely a pleasant experience when dealing with sewer and drain issues than I had today. Todd and his technician Brody were timely, wonderful communicators, honest and efficient with their hard work.

Within a couple hours of my initial phone call, I had Brody at the door to diagnose our blockage. He went above and beyond to find the cause of our issue. I would highly recommend this company for all your drainage issues. Wouldn’t hesitate to call again or recommend. Thanks guys!

Zoom Drain was referred by a local plumber who doesn't work on sewer pipes. Todd gave me a two hour window that worked within my schedule and followed up with text messages. Brody, the friendly technician, arrived right on time and snaked the sewer pipes to remove roots. The following day there was water backed up in the basement utility room again. Todd offered to come out over the weekend, but asked to return on Monday, to which I agreed. First thing in the morning Brody and Todd were at our house and decided to put a different head on the snake which took care of the stubborn roots. Brody also shampooed the carpet where some sewage dripped off the equipment. All in all, Zoom Drain was responsive, made sure the job was completed and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Brody was the technician who serviced a washer drain pipe in a 70-plus year-old home, and he provided excellent and professional service. He took time to explain the issue and how he solved the problem. The company’s service was timely and very reasonably priced.

Ok people this is a good company. I had a drain that had just been cleaned out by Goodson Plummbing 2 months earlier and it started backing up again. They would not warrant the work so I called Zoom Drain. They showed up within 2 hours. Brody my technician evaluated the situation quickly and quoted me a very reasonable price. He efficiently cleared out my drain and verified it with a camera. There equipment is top of the line. I recommend them and will use them in the future.

Brody came out the same morning I called with drain issues. They were referred by my plumber. Brody was knowledgeable, professional and very kind. He showed me the exact clog on camera. He also showed the water running after he cleared the clog. He had the problem resolved within a little over an hour. I will definitely keep their number to refer to others. Great job!
