Update - alright turns out I had to have them come back several times (not their error) but needed to update my review because if I could put 6 stars I would, Chris and Eric really helped me out, were very pleasant to work with and honestly made the whole horrible predicament tolerable.. thanks guys

Technician Richard arrived on time, was very kind and efficient and successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. It's hard to find reliable and fair repair companies in Boise but this is one of them. Highly recommend!

First time working with Mr. Appliance and I couldn't be more happy. They were able to get to my house in a timely fashion and the gentleman that did the work was great. Chris new what he was doing and made sure to keep me updated with what he was doing and what was wrong with the fridge. He got the piece we needed ordered and repaired within a few days and now its running great. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance to everyone. They are Good people :-)

My wife and I have been customers of Mr. Appliance for more than 12 years now and we have never experienced a problem of any kind! The have always been prompt, professional, courteous and fast in completing any washer, dryer, and refrigerator service. Mr. Appliance pricing has been reasonable and I have never had to have them come back to our home for a redo or mistake.

They (he) was on time, very pleasant came to a quick conclusion, explained in detail the problem and told me cost of fix. Got part came back a day later and was up and running. Highly recommend them.

I needed refrigerator repair and when I called they were able to come out in a couple days, vs a couple weeks, had to order the part, and as soon as it came in, they got right back out. The repair person was very nice and professional. I will definitely use them again if I need appliance repair.

They were always able to get in touch with.. they came when they said they would come. They fixed the problem at a reasonable price.. and the service guy was very friendly!! Good Job !!

I haven’t had a chance to look up the cost of this plastic part, but I do believe it was a bit overpriced, but the technician that came out was so awesome got here so quickly super knowledgeable and very, very helpful and informative

Mr Richard was on time from Boise to Moho, courteous, professional and neat. He wore shoe covers without a request. He pulled the refrigerator onto a mat and he was thorough. He updated me along the way with what steps he was taking and what he was looking for and checking.

He spoke with my warranty service (which was required for service call) after his diagnosis.

He emailed me an invoice promptly before leaving the property.

He was a delight and I respect his expertise and his professionalism. So refreshing for how things goes these days.

I would recommend him if you need help with an appliance. If I ever need help again(I hope I don't), I sure hope I can get Mr Richard from Mr Appliance.

While the serviceman was very nice and friendly, he did not show me what the problem was - he just told me ,after-the-fact. I had left him to work on the washing machine, and I went downstairs with my granddaughter. Once he had finished and put it back together, he called me up to see what he'd done. He told me he took the belt off, and cleaned it (with our household cleaner that was in the laundry room), and then put it back on. He then gave me the option to keep it like that, or to order a new belt. I would have appreciated him showing me the belt when it was removed, so I could make an informed decision - and not have to take his word for anything - but I wasn't given that option. He showed me a couple of pictures on his iPad, but it's hard to tell what you're looking at from a picture - the physical belt would have been the best way to show me what the problem was. My recommendation, for future reference, is to show the customer what the problem is - in this case, it was the belt - and let them decide what they want to do while it's off. My next recommendation would be to NOT use personal cleaning supplies that are in the customers home - bring cleaning supplies with you. Lastly, he told me as he was getting ready to leave, that he left the door panel off of the bottom of the washing machine to make it easier to access if we decided to replace it - and also so it would not rub on the belt. To me, this kind of service was not worth the $230 I paid.

Super pleased with Vio and Martin. They had to come out twice to fix the oven range. They even made a price adjustment to make it lower than originally quoted without me asking for it. Honest work! Very courteous!

Technician was friendly and able to diagnose our problem quickly. He had our dishwasher working within 15 minutes and even adjusted our oven which was cooking at a lower temperature than what was showing on the display. I will call them next time I need help with an appliance.
