Kevin Grant has the patients of saint. We have a patio door that was sticking when opening and closing. The manufacturer instructions to adjust failed. Kevin dug in and would not give up. His ideas and ingenuity solved the problem. He's also good for a laugh 😀

I came across Kevin Grant's name at Menards where he was listed as one of the contractors that installs prefinished flooring. After speaking with a few installers, we ended up going with Kevin and have no regrets. The floor he installed in our mudroom is beautiful! The time he took with all the various cuts around the corners and doors is well done. We will be looking to use Kevin for other projects.

I cannot recommend this company enough! When my cat got stuck dangerously high in a tree, I was panicking. Even though it was a last-minute emergency call, their team responded immediately and came right out. They handled the entire rescue safely, professionally, and with so much kindness. Incredible team and top-notch service—I can't thank them enough for saving my cat!

Matt and his team were terrific. They did a great job removing the tree, stump and also pruning another large tree. Their pricing was reasonable and they cleaned up very well after the work. Highly recommend.

I’ve used Long Branch three times now. Great service and great pricing. They went above and beyond. Hired them to cut out a large quantity of weed trees that had grown into a wire fence. Mentioned I wanted to take the fence down, came home from work and all the trees were down as well as the fence. All cleaned up and looked fantastic. Thank you Long Branch! Saved me a ton of work.

Really disappointed in our brief experience with Long Branch, formerly Granberg Treeworks. Gary was always great, but Matt, one of the brothers who took over Granberg Treeworks, came by to look at a problem I was having from a tree Granberg had cut down and began talking to me like I was an idiot from our first in person interaction. The tree was taken out a couple of years ago, and the roots keep sending up suckers all over the yard, and it just keeps getting worse. Matt's initial statement was that it wasn't possible that everything was coming from the roots and what I had was seedlings, then halfway through the five minutes he was here, he started referring to them as suckers because it was clear that's what they indeed were. He was getting irritated because I was asking what they would do because the company they took over failed to completely kill the tree when grinding the stump (one of the primary goals of stump grinding). He grabbed one of the biggest suckers and started tearing it out, stating, "There, I did half of the job for free." Doing so threw dirt all over the sidewalk. He then stated that was all he could do for me and walked away, leaving the mess on the sidewalk and tossed the long sucker branches onto the yard and about 95% of the remediation from the failure of the stump grinding NOT done since I have suckers coming up all over my yard on three sides of my house up to ~100 feet away from the tree!!!

I let Matt know that this would reflect in a review, and his last words were, "We didn't even do the work!" Well, you can assume ownership of and rename a company, but the work under what the company was formerly known as is still attached, and ultimately, the way he talked to me and the mess left on my sidewalk are direct experience with and reflect poorly on Long Branch.
