These guys are really sweet and kind

Installed my gutters have problems with them won't answer phone calls took my 1,300 cash that's it bad business.

We dealt with Jim in April 2020 to have gutters installed on our pole barn. He was initially quick to respond and easy to deal with, but has failed to finish the job that we paid him for.

His team installed the gutters, but didn't have the correct brackets on hand to make the gutter profile level (our 2x6 fascia is mounted at an angle). He assured us that he would come back soon to install the proper brackets and finish the job.

After several weeks of not hearing from him, we called to follow up. He told us he'd get right on it. Well, it's been 5-6 calls later and nearly two years and he still hasn't made good on it. I guess it was a mistake for us to pay him and trust what he told us. I'm certainly looking elsewhere next time.

Going on 8 months now and I still don't have the completion of the finishing touches on my siding installation. Impossible to get the owner Jim to call back or respond. I've had to ask him to return about 4 occasions, each taking forever to respond. About 2 months after siding was put on it started coming off. It was improperly installed. The lack of communication is very disturbing, however, when its time for the bill to be paid, they are right on getting that check. Absolutely terrible, Jim, if you get this and you actually finish the job I'll considering adjusting my review. But since I've been calling you non-stop and texting you. And you don't respond to me. I'm assuming that you're not interested in your reviews either... Renee Estes
