Very unprofessional.
Can't even show up to work on time.
I know this review doesn't make any difference since this isn't an actual shopping place, but I just want to let folks know what to expect from this clown show.
I am still waiting now for almost 20min just for them to get ready since they can't get to work on time.

Great service and fast/affordable repair. My AC was not producing cold air and I was stressing out since we expected to hit 90's this upcoming weekend. The technician (Luis) was able to schedule me and showed up on time. He was able to diagnose my issue and explained to me that my capacitor needed to be replaced. He replaced it and ensured that my AC was producing cold air. Highly recommend.

I have a very good experience with the comfort 21 Heating and Air Conditioning my walking cooler was to much problems every month then I call comfort 21 zia he fix my walking cooler problem and he change my water heater now I m happy with this company thanks again Comfort 21 Zia I recommended every body call Comfort 21 Zia.

I want to share my grear experience with Comfort 21 Heating and Air Conditioning. My furnace quit one recent evening and after doing a Google search for a local company, I contacted them. I was very pleased with the quick response and with Zia's focused troubleshooting of the problem. He identified the faulty part which, due to the age of my unit, was unique and not readily available from most parts vendors. Zia searched, located and traveled to acquire tha part. I happily had heat the next morning. I am very impressed with the service provided and his focus on repair accuracy and customer satisfaction. The very fair price was another reson to be happy that I called Comfort 21. I strongly recommend them to you!

Zia did an amazing job with my AC repair. When most companies try to upsell you he found a way to fix the root cause issue, and it saved me from buying uncessary parts or even a new condenser.

The issue was a chewed up wire by a mouse that prevented prevented the contactor from starting the AC condenser.Zia discovered the issue when most companies told me to replace other parts.

Zia and his partner were excellent to work with. They were fast, efficient, and very reasonable. They worked around my schedule and quickly had a new AC unit and coil installed.
