Imagine my surprise when I found a water pipe had broken behind a wall in our finished basement. I didn't know it happened until the floor of the entire finished basement was saturated with water. I turned off the water supply, said a bad word or two, and quickly tried to figure out what to do next.

We tried calling water restoration companies you may have seen on T.V. "Yeah, we can probably get out there Monday evening." What? This was Saturday morning. I couldn't let water sit in my basement for the better part of 3 days.

My insurance company said they'd worked with PuroClean. I gave them a call. "We can be there in less than 2 hours" was music to my ears. A short time later, a truck pulled up, a crew of guys piled out, and the assessment began.

The crew (I'll admit they looked a little rough at first...but stay with me) were very professional. They clearly answered all my questions and quickly got to work. They used a machine to suck all the water out of the carpets and pad that they could before setting up a whole lot of fans and a commercial sized dehumidifier.

One of the employees stopped by each day to monitor the humidity levels and track the progress. After a few days, our carpets and baseboards were dry. They didn't need to be replaced.

Paul worked with our insurance company on the claim. The communication was always clear and consistent. There were no surprises.

After the basement was dry, Paul let me know that insurance typically covers carpet cleaning upon completion of a water restoration claim. I checked. Mine did. PuroClean does that too.

I hope you never, ever, ever, ever, ever need to call water extraction personnel. If you do, I'd give PuroClean a shot.

Scott and his crew came in after a water leak in our basement and cleaned it, removed all damaged drywall and ensured basement was dry and all mold removed and preventative applied. They were responsive, cleaned, and disposed all materials. They were great!!! Highly recommend!

Scott brought some air purifying equipment to our home after we had our hardwood floors refinished. I didn't want to leave anything to chance, especially since we were bringing our brand new baby girl home and didn't want her breathing anything harmful. Paul and Lisa responded quickly and Scott was very helpful answering questions, setting up and then picking up the equipment. Great job!!!

Superlative business. Had water damage due to a toilet tank break and USAA sent this company out the next day to handle the water mitigation issues. Kevin the foreman and his crew went above and beyond as I was just home from the hospital due to knee replacement surgery and the water damage affected both of our bathrooms and our basement. Kevin and his crew were able to leave us with a functioning bathroom while all three areas were drying out and then while the tile floors were removed, with as little discomfort to me as possible. Highly recommend me this company period. Five stars are not enough

My home has mold damage. I had a few companies out to assess the situation. Puroclean’s project manager
came out and was very comprehensive and thorough. Once I had a project scope in hand I did not hesitate in sending it to Puroclean to get a bid and start the work. This is where things have come to a stand still. Their field associates are great. Their office staff seemed helpful. Getting a bid has been extremely frustrating. I’ve called. I’ve emailed. I’ve badgered their project manager in an attempt to get a response from their operations manager, any response. A response telling me they weren’t interested in the work would be acceptable. This isn’t the case and it has been crickets despite my basically pleading for a quote to take to my insurance company. I’m now over a month behind schedule on fixing my home and will be trying to find another company to do the work. This has been a very frustrating experience and I could not in good faith recommend them to anyone.

PuroClean did what needed to be done to remove or dry all damaged material from a roof leak. They worked on their own and did a good job drying and keeping the area clean.

Good luck getting anyone to come out for follow up visits. Based on a recommendation from our insurance company, we initially had them come out to assess some water damage and mold growth due to a leak in our ceiling. They cut a small hole in the drywall and told me to call them back after a plumber had repaired the source of the leak. I called back a week later after the repair was made only to be given the runaround for several weeks. Finally after 7 phone calls and several messages to the project manager (over the course of 2 weeks) the main office finally has Scott return my call. Scott calls and I explain to him that I have been trying to get someone to come back out and finish the job. He tells me that’s not something they can do. Such a waste of our time to wait around for weeks with a moldy hole in the ceiling only to be told they now are unable to help me.. very unprofessional and I will not work with this business in the future.

Work was completed very quickly and efficiently. Workers were kind and respectful. Cleaned up after themselves each day. I would have given five stars but it took almost a week longer than promised for them to get their reports to my insurance company. So that delayed the rebuild by two weeks since the insurance company's check took another week to receive.

I called in with my situation early Monday morning and was contacted within an hour by a manager and was given a time on that very day that they would be to my house. It was a fast and easy arrangement. The man arrived and could not have been any nicer or more professional to deal with. The pipe problem was fixed by a plumber the next day. Puro Clean was back out to my home only 30 minutes after the plumber fixed the pipe. He set up their equipment and even hauled away some items that had been damaged by water. Their response time, friendliness, and professionalism has been a real diamond in the rough for this situation. I will recommend them to one and all.

I recently used PuroClean of Caseyville and was very satisfied with their service overall. They were able to start sooner than expected which was a big plus for me. Workers were personable and knowledgeable and cleaned up after themselves. They did scratch up a freshly painted wall when removing equipment on their last day here but I was pleased with everything else. I would recommend PuroClean and will use them again myself should a need arise.

Our basement flooded after a sump pump went out. We were frustrated since this pump was installed less than two years prior. Our finished basement (new carpeting, furniture, etc.) was in a few inches of water. Kevin and the team at PuroClean spent all day into the late hours saving our walls, carpets, furniture and everything from being ruined. They were exhausted by the time they left but they made the entire process so easy for us. I am blown away by the professionalism and helpfulness of this team. These guys are hard workers and I felt incredibly comfortable welcoming them in our home to check on the drying process and help ensure everything will be good to go. These guys are total professionals. My flood happened on a Friday night, and these guys were already home with their families. They dropped everything and came out to get my job taken care of. They explained the situation every step of the way, and cleaned up after themselves.

We had Trevor and José working on our home. They were amazing. They explained everything to us, cracked jokes with us and answered any and all questions. Brandon and Kevin joined them later and they just added to the fun! They are all a great group of guys. Hardworking and there to do everything right. We appreciate their hard work and long hours.

Couldn't ask for a better company, staff was very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Did an excellent job of moving our items carefully, here regularly to check on their equipment, and very respectful of my home. They kept us updated on the process of what was going on and what the next steps were. I would use this company again if needed in the future.

They were able to send a crew out the same day. Kevin came to see the damage and provide an estimate. I walked with him and he explained what would need to be done and would show/explain why it needed to be done. While he was doing this he had a new employee with him giving him on the job training (great to see). That same afternoon a two man crew arrived to set up and get the job done. Prior to them starting one of them walked through with me to verify everything they were to do. Great, knowledgeable, professional service, I would recommend and use them again.
