I called to explain what was going on with my dryer and we agreed upon a date and time. He showed up promptly and came in and checked it out.

It had a blown fuse, inside needed to be cleaned as well as the vent needed to be cleaned! It took about an hour n a half.. everything nice and tight drying like it supposed to! Vents cleaned all up as well! I will use the again! Recommended!

Truly outstanding. I would almost say I hope my washing machine breaks again soon so they can come back, just kidding, kind of. They were just excellent.

Meder is a good man. He took a little time but diagnosed and repaired Bosch microwave. I recommend his services.
Microwave didn't work the next day but he gave me a refund on his labour cost which was most of the money charged.

Have helped me twice now always on time, friendly and very reasonable. Appreciate that!

Felt like MED deserved a review. After getting a quote from ABT to for over $400 just to evaluate issues I decided I need to get someone else. Searched for Miele dishwasher repair Chicago and he came up. This was last night. I gave him a ring and liked his significantly lower evaluation fee than ABT, his response time and his friendly demeanor. He showed up today right when he said he would and worked his butt off to fix not one but two issues. Friendly and clean throughout. Honest pricing too.

Someone like MED is nice to have in the rolodex for inevitably when your appliances break. I will be referring him to friends whenever they have a need.

Very professional and complete the job less than an hour

Our built in KitchenAid refrigerator stopped cooling. called KitchenAid directly and they were less than helpful.
Wasted hours of time on hold only to be told they couldn't recommend any repair people.
Next, I called three places I found on Yelp, Med Appliance Repair was the most helpful, responsive and reasonably priced. Med came to the house later that evening, did some testing - we thought that it might be the motor giving out, or something worse.
Med came back the next day, defrosted the freezer and determined that the thermostat was broke. It was replaced along with some burned out light bulbs. We couldn't be happier with the service! Highly recommend.

I used their services two times. I forgot my tech name but both times he was on time, very professional. Great service, reasonable pricing. I strongly recommend it to anyone.

This man was prepared to repair my dryer. He had the parts already. 2nd time he has come to repair one of my appliances. Great work. Efficient. Cost effective. I don’t usually recommend anyone but I highly recommend him.
