This was the worst customer service I have EVER received. I would NOT use this company EVER!!! I called for an electrician and was told they had an opening between 9 am and 12 pm. At 11:15 am I got a call that he was running late and would be there at 12:15 pm. I said alright and waited. At 12:20 pm I texted that person and was told he was 10 mins away. At 12:40 pm I texted and he said 12:53 ETA. At 1:20 pm I called their office, where I made the appointment, and was told he came at 1:20 pm but I didn't answer my phone. I was on with the office. They said he left and went to his next appointment. The office said there was nothing they could do and I would have to reschedule. I said I wasted 4.5 hours waiting and that's the best you can do and she said yes that is all we are willing to do. For me it's about customer service and my first and ONLY experience with Guardian Electric was by far the WORST. FYI 1 star because you cannot post with NO STARS

Edwin from this company is super awesome. He has helped me before and I will continue to work with him. he came over on time, addressed the electrical issues in a timely manner, and gave me some electrical tips. I really appreciate and recommend.

This was my first time to hire the services of and I'm very pleased with them. Their electrician was on time, and quickly identified the problem around my home at a very reasonable cost!! I will definitely call again them in future and refer my friends and colleagues for any electrical need they may have.
