AWESOME move-in deep cleaning of a unit that badly needed it! Very pleased with the quality of their work, highly recommend how through they were with everything.

I had my one bedroom apartment cleaned for years by Ana's Maids. They do a great job but after they increased their prices to $75 I had to cancel.

Excellent cleaning service, always prompt and convenient. They do a very good job cleaning and are very responsive. I live in a studio and they charge a very reasonable rate.

The cleaning lady was 40 minutes late and she did an awful job. I literally had to tell her to clean in particular areas that most cleaning companies would have done. I told her to wash the dishes and place them in the dishwasher and after I checked, she placed all dirty dishes inside and did NOT start the machine. I absolutely would NEVER use them or refer them again! Quality was beyond poor.

Had them clean my place a few times and usually good work, I even referred her to a few friends. Today’s cleaning can barely be called a cleaning. They didn’t mop the floors, hung dirty bath towels that were on the floors and presented them as clean and overall an awful job. When I complained, my calls and texts were ignored.

I have been using them since I move to Chicago 8yrs ago and they do an awesome job cleaning my condo. I haven’t had any problems with them. So so far I love them!

Didn't even make it to the actual services. I inquired on the website and heard back next day. Not the most professionally written email but they asked me if I approved the price. I reply back almost immediately with confirmation on the price and ask a few questions. Two days later and never received word. Never received confirmation on if the time/day I asked about was available. Not a thing. So I emailed them again and said that since I hadn't heard back, I had changed my mind and no longer wanted to use their services. Again, no response. Flash forward three more days and they show up at my house for cleaning. We turned them away.

Just with this brief interaction, they don't seem to have very good communication.

I moved in to a condo in Streeterville and hired Anna's Maid Services for a cleaning prior to my move in. They charged $40 per hour per maid and spent 2.5 hours in a ~800 ft unit. They sent two ladies who did very average work. I had to ask them to vacuum again because there was obvious first on the carpets still. They didn't attempt to really scrub the tiles in the kitchen to get off old gunk. The baseboards weren't wiped at all. The top of the fridge was dusty and untouched.

Overall, they did an ok superficial clean but I have spent less on people who did much more professional work in the past.

I've used this maid service on and off for 5 years. I own several properties and I'm usually on a deadline when I call them to perform a deep cleaning prior to a tenant moving in. They've always been below average but their prices were decent and they show up on the scheduled date. Customer service is foreign to these people. The person in charge of scheduling and issuing quotes is a complete derelict. The maids pretend they don't speak English until it's time to ask for the check. The cleaning quality is extremely poor. The maids remove the cleaning supplies from the unit before you have a chance to inspect it. When you point out areas that need to be addressed, they pretend they don't understand. The price last year for cleaning a vacant unit was $140. Last week, the same service cost $300.00. I had them clean another unit on May 28, 2016 and the price quoted was not honored. After they cleaned the unit, they upped the price. The maids did a very poor job and they where in there for approx 2.5 hours. I had tenants moving in shortly after both units were cleaned. I ended up cleaning the floors myself since they were filthy when they left. I called the office to complain and I was told that the supervisor would call me back. I have yet to receive a call back. I will never use this service again. It's a complete joke... a waste of time and money.

We've been using Ana's Maids for so many years and I can honestly say that these are the most wonderful people in the business. Responsiveness, quality of work, promptness. They have it all. We have used them for our rental property exclusively now and it has helped keep up the value of the property immensely. I cannot think of a better company to be trusted with this work.
