We've finally bitten the bullet and replaced our ancient furnace system, which was over 60 years old, with a shiny new Carrier furnace and Bosch heat pump/AC unit, as well as an AprilAire whole house humidifier and thermostat. So far, we're thrilled. The Bosch unit is spot on - it's smooth and quiet. The installation work around the furnace is top-notch, especially compared to our old setup. What really impresses us is that the air in the house feels fresh and wonderful, even in those hot spots that used to be a nuisance. Sergio showed some great ideas for tackling the quirks of our unique ductwork - he's got expertise and follows up with customers. Having a thermostat that I can control from my phone, even when I'm sleeping, is a nice perk we didn't realize we were missing out on.
