Joanna's 2 cleaning ladies were very nice however several areas weren't mopped/cleaned/dusted after a 2.5 hr clean. The master bath got a good clean. Some furniture wasnt pushed aside (coffee table, toy box) to sweep & mop under or behind, bdrm blinds not wiped, [split level] stairs not cleaned. Joanna slightly adjusted the bill.

I wanted to have her do some cleaning. She canceled an hour before she was to come give me a price. Since she said she had to see it.

She wouldn't even give me an hourly rate. She called and gave me a huge minimum price, without seeing what I wanted done. So when I questioned her. Then she told me to send her some photos.

So, after taking the day off. She didn't even want to give me head notice of a cancelation and wanted me to do extra leg work. All of this just makes me think she is extremely lazy. So, I decided to not waste my time and money on her. And I would hate for anyone else to be taken by her.

I walk in my home after these ladies have been there cleaning and I am immediately put in a happy mood! My house smells so fresh and everything is so clean! I have also been home at the time they were there cleaning and I don't feel there could be a more friendly or courteous group of ladies! Definitely a Positive Experience EVERY time!

I contacted Positively Clean following a kitchen remodel. I am also 9 months pregnant and have not been able to keep up with cleaning like I normally would. I explained to the owner that I was looking for a deep clean following a kitchen remodel and she assured me she would be able to help.

The owner came to my home to take a look, take some pictures, and put together a quote. She quoted me $450 with some optional add-ons. Given our house had been under construction, I was fine with paying this and decided to add an oven clean for an additional $50. The deep clean list that I was given also included base boards being cleaned. This was important to me since we had just wrapped up our kitchen remodel and there was some dust sitting on the baseboards on our main floor.

The owner and two others came to my house on-time and were here for about 4 hours. I work from home so I was busy on calls and pretty much stayed out of their way. After my work day, I started to take a look at what they had done and I was incredibly disappointed. My oven somehow looks like it wasn’t touched but also has cleaning agent all over it.

I also sent the owner pictures of the baseboards and my son's bathroom. The counter in his bathroom is still covered in dust and toothpaste. The top of the toilet also has dust still covering it. The baseboards were clearly not touched and have dust left from our model.

I sent these photos to the owner and asked what happened. She denied that there was dust left in the bathroom. She offered to come back to clean the oven again and re-do the baseboards 4 days later. Unfortunately, I have a family to feed and need use of my oven over the course of those 4 days. So I am 9 months pregnant and had to clean out the residue from my oven. Which is exactly what I was trying to avoid by hiring a service to come do this for me. The owner took the $50 oven clean off of my invoice but stopped replying to me at that point.

I am appalled at the job that was done and how much money I spent for it. I have spent time this weekend going over our baseboards and cleaning out our oven.
