I spoke with Robert on the phone. He was a great resource and gave me excellent advice, although I ended up having to replace my dishwasher. I will certainly call again if something else breaks.

Robert was wonderful. He was able to diagnose my problem with my dyer over the phone. So, he was able to order the part and fix it in with that same day. He put everything back as he found it and did not leave a mess.

Absolute terrible customer service. I call to schedule an appointment on Friday to fix my dryer and they told me they would come out on Tuesday, 3-7. Great. Today (Tuesday), pending the weather, I call to confirm my appointment at 4pm. They told me they would be out today. Fast forward to 7:48 when they call me to cancel and try to reschedule me days out. I asked if I would be compensated for my time and was told "Laura, that's not how we operate." I'm glad I gave up my evening to wait around for you and to have you not show up. Save yourself the time and schedule a reliable company because this isn't it.

Wonderful experience. Professional, reasonably priced and good communication. Did a good job fixing the dryer and when I had a washer problem they talked me through the simple fix. Most companies would have charged or made a house call for the money. I respect and appreciate how Alpha Appliance handled my problem and they will be my go to appliance repair shop.

Very professional and responsive, left a message on a Saturday, got a call back the next day to schedule an appointment and our issue of our tenant's oven not heating was resolved a couple days later! Thank you Larry and Robert.

This company was assigned to us when we made a claim with our home warranty. Calvin was our tech and he was wonderful. He got ahold of us in advance to set a time that worked for all parties, texted the morning of our appointment, and arrived within the window. He was an expert at what he was doing and worked diligently until it was fixed. We are so grateful to Alpha Appliance Repair AND to Calvin!

Roberto was very courteous and great at what he does. He arrived between the time frame given and he even called when he was about 20 minutes away. Not only did he fix our issue (dryer not heating up), he also educated us on how to prevent this issue from happening again. I would highly recommend Alpha Appliance Repair!

Our dryer stopped working so I called Alpha. They were prompt in scheduling and coming out. They gave really great service, and the technician was really kind. He even answered a couple questions that we had about other appliances. I highly recommend Alpha.

I had searched for several months to have someone diagnose and service my refrigerator. The freezer was cold but not the refrigerator. I searched one last time and the last business on that list was Ivan’s. I read the reviews and I felt this was the kind of service I needed. I called, spoke with Nick, he gave me a date and time and the rest is history!! His Tech Andre is an excellent serviceman. Professional and friendly. He was prompt, diagnosed the problem and showed us the part we needed. They ordered it, and in 2 days he returned and repaired my frig. I give this detailed response because it is very very difficult to get home service for almost everything or it’s cost prohibited. Not with this company. Thanks Nick and Andre. Excellent!👌

I called around 9 am in morning and had service person, Slava, come by around 2 pm. Same day! He assessed and repaired the dryer belt and replaced it and dryer working fine. I saved number for future situations.

The fan they installed in our refrigerator was very loud because it was apparently defective. But as soon as I let them know Slava the repairman came back and replaced it with a good one. Works great now.
