Mike, the owner, was very open and honest about the work that needed to be done. Price was competitive and work completed quickly and professionally.

This guy got me out of a bind. My mother-in-law‘s radiator in her upstairs bathroom was leaking and needed emergency repair. I drained down the system overnight and Fire And Ice came out the next morning and was able to repair this 60 year-old radiator. He refilled the system and bled all of the Other radiators. Even went as far as to put all the covers back on. Professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

Mike and his team were absolutely wonderful! They're personalble, professional and definitely know their stuff.
My A/C went out the day before one of the hottest days on record. Mike had my new A/C system installed the next morning. He even helped me balance the duct system and now the 2nd floor is much cooler than before. I highly recommend Fire & ICE Heating and Cooling! They're reasonable and definitely worth every penny. I got Mike's number by reference, I called him because I had problems with my hot water tank and two hours later the technicians, John and Aidan, came to my house, checked it and were able to repair it.

I would like to start this review by saying I have NEVER written a review about a business in my entire life. I have worked in the service and hospitality industry for a very long time and try to give small businesses the benefit of the doubt. Mike and his team were out to my place both in the summer of 2022 and 2023. I have a wall-unit air conditioner and it was not functioning correctly. This first year Mike came out in the Summer 2022, he did nothing to rectify the problem with my unit. He was swearing, spit his gum onto my balcony floor and spilled water all over my throw rug. When they left, the leaking problem was not fixed. Again, in Summer 2023, I experienced a problem with the wall unit not blowing out cold air. Him and his team came out once again (I rent so I had no choice), again he spent a few minutes in my place banging around and pretending to fix the problem, telling me “it is blowing out cold air.” Mind you, it was at the coolest setting and blowing no different than a fan would. I’m like, “when I put my car air at 60 degrees it blows out like an ice box, this place should be freezing.” So two years in a row, nothing done and probably charging my landlord an arm and a leg. So again this year 2024, Mike sent a team member out because sure enough my air is blowing out like a fan and not cold. The gentleman who came this time, was very nice and said, “this needs to be replaced.” He took measurements and then left and told me he’d be speaking to my landlords assistant. This was over two weeks ago. Last week, I was asked for additional pictures of the plugs, so I took pictures and sent them over under the impression that they were looking for a unit that would fit my apartment. Today, my landlords assistant notified me that the company said “they are too busy.” Unbelievable! They came out 16 days ago, and now they are saying we are too busy? All the while making it sound like they were working on it? It has been 100 degrees for the last week and will be for week ahead. Have some courtesy and be forthcoming. In the time we’ve been waiting, we could have had 10 companies come out and the problem would have been fixed. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! Especially those who may have a wall unit A/C! The owner is a scam artist and highly unprofessional!

Mike the owner came with his team and installed an entire brand new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and air purifying system. I can feel the difference already in the house. His prices are fair and the team was professional, timely, courteous, friendly, and very detailed and thorough in their work and explained everything that was done. Mike pointed out some issues from the previous installations from before I bought the house, which he corrected. He and his team also replaced the return and some other vents, and even noticed the lack of chimney liner and replaced that as well. I highly recommend Fire & Ice Heating and Cooling - Mike and his team - and am very satisfied and happy with their all their work and my new systems.

We have been relying on Mike Fire and ice for 15yrs. He has been truly honest and sincere with our needs. Every year! Every year summer winter, he would tend to our needs small or big as prompt as he can, he never ceased working hard and diligently. It is very difficult to find somebody who will work hard and give you honest bills. I had fair share of bad practices and companies derided us especially remodeling after flooded basement ugh that was a mess! But ac heat sometimes plumbing, this company, Mike and his crew like Aiden has been our rock. I think he is godly man and works harder than many of us.

I have been using Fire & Ice Heating and air conditioning since I moved into my house five years ago. Mike first came to Me and serviced my old existing heating and air-conditioning units, cleaning it out repairing any problems that it had. Now we have used Mike to install a new HVAC system in our upstairs on our main floor also bringing heating and air conditioning to our 3 season room. We also had a new boiler installed for the main floor. Mike goes above and beyond of just installing it but making it right fixing problems And he and his team are always the ultimate professionals. I did compare prices with other companies. Mike Has always been more than competitive.
