Waited 6.5 hours for electrician to show up, and no one ever came or called. After waiting a bit I called a few times and was finally told to reschedule for 4 days out. This is a situation where we don't have any power at the house.

Anthony at Pioneer Electrical Contracting had the utmost integrity, professionalism, and skills. Totally satisfied with the work (installed outside/ inside lights, shower fan, electrical outlet behind tv), and highly recommend Pioneer Electrical Contracting.

Terrible experience with this company. I would never recommend. They weren't punctual, courteous or professional at all. No one showed or called. We rescheduled and when I called to confirm, after asking some questions and expressing my concerns about how pioneer was jerking me around, I was hung up on. Totally unacceptable. I paid 300 up front to wave future service fees for other work I need done plus discounts on parts and labor and couldn't even get a tech come ON TIME to give an estimate for the initial things I needed fixed.

John was great to work with. Very responsive and efficient. He came out to look at a burned outlet I had and was able to determine it was a problem with the outlet not the wiring. He fixed it quickly at a reasonable price.

John and Tony were very kind and professional. They were able to fix my bathroom vanity lights that would not come on for the past 3 weeks. I feel confident with their work. I won't hesitate to contact them in the future.

I called Pioneer Electrical Contracting and they sent someone out within an hour. John was our electrician and I would recommend him for future customers. I thank him and find his professional knowledge to helpful and I will definitely call him for this job or future jobs that I plan to do. Called Pioneer Electrical Contracting to assist on multiple issues with my condo. Always gave me a straight answer, a fair price, and always found time to swing by or talk on the phone about my electrical. They were polite, provided good communication from estimate to finishing the job. Will use again.

Installation of Home Generator was done as scheduled and at estimate (which was less than two other contractors). Pioneer Electrical Contracting were recommended to me by a friend that had them install his system. I highly recommend them to my friends (and even non-friends) . I will recommend one of the other two to my enemies. While I had multiple issues with the power company contractor , Pioneer Electrical Contracting did what they said and when they said they would do it.

Finally got around to my long-overdue A/C checkup, and I'm impressed. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and even offered some energy-saving tips. My system is running smoother than ever. Highly recommend their expertise!
