I called in early December 2025 and was told that they would not be taking any new work until January 2026. When I called in January to replace upgrade the house electric panel (Breaker/Fuse Box), the asked me to talk with Ameren about a possible upgrade or berrying the wires, after talking /sited survey with Ameren, I called again and then I met with a project manager and he was to send me an estimate....I never got one, even after reaching our to him via email. Feel like I've been Ghosted. Now looking for another electric contractor to address some issues.

I placed a phone call to this company weeks ago, with the promise that someone would call back and speak to me about my situation later that day. Im still waiting for the phone call!!! Very unprofessional to potential customers...

I needed help with an electrical issue with an appliance and called this company. I was told that someone would come in the afternoon that day. The afternoon passes and so we called the company to see why no one showed up. The person we spoke to said they would be able to come first thing the next morning (0730). The next morning, no one showed up and when we called again, the excuse was that he had lots of services he has to do right now so he can’t get to us til the next day. We let him know that we will no longer need his service. I’m ok with a company saying they are too busy and won’t be able to do a job. What is not acceptable is wasting peoples time. If you’re thinking about going here, I would think twice. There are other electrical companies that will tell you up front if they are booked and won’t waste your time.

Very happy with their service, very helpful. We will have more work needed soon, will definitely call O’Fallon Electric!

Mark who works for O’Fallon Electric is a disrespectful condescending human.
I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. Didn’t get passed him installing the floodlight camera. I will gladly take my business Lee where. Horrible man
