We had a huge tree limb that needed to be removed after a storm. It was an easy and quick process working with Dru and his team and reasonably priced.

We had a great experience with Advanced Tree Care. Dee, the arborist came out and walked our entire property while taking notes. He returned with his team and did an amazing job on our trees and bushes. Dee was so pleasant to work with and highly knowledgeable. He even came out afterwards on his own time on the weekend to give us some tips on what to plant in a section of our yard. I would highly recommend this company.

Went to my friends house in Milwaukee, 20th and Rawson. I watched the tree guy start spraying a tree. Then I watch him spray the entire side of my car. not a little over spray, the whole side. After I said something he ran around the truck and got in and talked to the driver then he grabbed a bunch of paper towels to clean the entire side of my car. He was not touching my car. I reported it to the apartment manager. My point is, they are careless about other people's property. I don't care if this stuff is green insectaside they had no right to spray anybody's property. Take this to heart if you care about you residents and there property.

This company really is awesome. They were very understanding. Very patient did such an excellent job and my trees and truly the price was more than fair. Everything looks so much better. I can’t remember the salesman that came to the house but he was very mannerly and wonderful and I’m just thrilled with everything.

Go with Advanced Tree Care! They were the most competitive price out of four quotes we got, and I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job. The team was kind and professional. They worked diligently on a huge removal project we had, and I swear you cannot even tell they were here. They cleaned up so the yard was pristine, picked up leftover logs a day later, and ground out all stumps before the end of the week. We've already recommended them to at least 3 other people.

Wonderful experience with this company! I recently moved to a large property with many trees and wanted to make sure I was doing proper maintenance. Bill came out and walked the whole property with me - his recommendations were great. He told me what would be best for several trees, but also did not try to sell me on any unnecessary work. The crew was out quickly to perform the work and everyone was professional, friendly, and respectful. They did a beautiful job on the trees and cleaned everything up. I am so happy to have found a company I can trust and will continue to call them in the future.

Advanced Tree Care has done a great job trimming my trees and hauling away branches from recent storm damage. They are very professional, with an online invoice and payment system, and they are also prompt and courteous.

Tree trimming was done professionally, work was estimated quickly, and it was completely quickly once accepted. Offered a discount for upfront payment.

Only improvement is that one area of trimming wasn’t properly cleaned so I had to pick up some branches left. For the amount of trimming done, it was a small miss.

They did the work like I asked. The price was reasonable and I will call them again for future work.

They responded to my inquiry and sent an estimate within a week. I felt it was reasonable for trimming 2 trees. The job was done the next week and I would recommend them to anyone looking for tree service

The crew was very professional and finished in a timely manner. They came back with in a few days to finish the removal of the stumps. Each time they cleaned everything up. The field manager (Dru) was very attentive and did come out several times to the job to make sure everything was going smooth as the stump removal was right where all the cable and electric was running. Everything was completed with no issues. Dru even followed up to make sure we were 100% satisfied which we were. The crews were great!!!

Efficient crew did a great job trimming my large backyard trees for a fair price. Left the yard clean of debris. Bill was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the proposal. Would highly recommend!

I've used tree service multiple times and this time I had multiple trees thinned and trimmed including parkway, which really needed some tender loving care and also had crab apple removed. Always exceptional.

I had previously written a positive review for tree trimming work performed by Advanced Tree Care, but I'm back to update my review based on poor customer service regarding a spray and soil drench performed on my magnolia tree.

I have tried calling and emailing to get ahold of someone to discuss my issue, and have been ignored repeatedly. I wanted some questions answered about the service they performed, as I have not seen any improvement in the magnolia scale since they treated the tree, and wanted to understand how long it should take to work. I was emailing with Lori who recommended a service that I already had done, and after I told her they already performed that and it hasn't worked, she stopped responding to my emails and didn't answer any of my questions.

I also replied to the email they sent me with the bill for this service, and I was told I would be contacted by an arborist to discuss the issue. That never happened.

You lost a customer and I will be sure to share my experience with others.

Super quality work, they worked on 6 trees for us and did a fantastic job. Very professional crew, really listened to us for what we were looking for, plus added their own expertise in keeping our trees healthy. Nice cleanup. Overall it was a fantastic experience, better than I could have hoped for, and far and away a much better experience than other companies I have used in the past.

And, the price was more than fair.
