We used Master Trade Inc to line a portion of a sewer pipe on the exterior of our house. We learned a portion of the clay pipe was cracked next to the trunk of our maple tree... the city was going to cut the tree down in order to excavate and do the necessary repairs. However we were trying to find a way to avoid cutting the tree down, and Spas and his team reassured us that lining the pipe via our external cleanout could accomplish this. The team (including Leena) handled months of back and forth with the city to get a permit to perform the work which we appreciated soooo much. The team was communicative all throughout the process. I also appreciated the time Spas took to educate us along the way and send video walk throughs. We are so relieved the problem with our pipe was finally fixed and we preserved our tree!

Sump pump issues, with the back up system, the best advice and action taken after I researched three other plumbing companies and had very simplified answers, Spas and team were able to recommend a “wholistic” approach, not just a single fix! They look to actually SOLVE the problem not just temporarily!

Yard flooding, which of course, became huge issue with our house having to constantly push water out of the perimeter…now we have the most thought out, awesome solution.

We had MasterTrade come out and look at our 60+ year old sewer line after it was discovered during a routine cleaning of roots that we had a crack in our line. The plumbing company I had called originally didn't give me any alternative other than digging up my yard, potentially losing my tree, and replacing a 5 foot section of pipe. I did some research and contacted MasterTrade specifically because they do re-lining. Spas came out and advised us of the process, whether we were a candidate, and gave us a price for 50 feet of relining which was just slightly more than the quote I got to replace 5 feet of pipe and destroying my yard! MasterTrade completed the work yesterday, and it was painless, my yard is untouched, and we essentially have a brand new sewer line! I highly recommend them, they did a great job, saved us money, and saved our yard!
