Home Depot has a very nice nursery. Beautiful flowers, shrubs and trees.

Twice I've been in self check out and an employee comes and scans all my things. There is a reason its called SELF check out.

I went to Home Depot in Naperville. I needed a couple of things. The employees in their nursery didn't know where items were, nor were they willing to help me find the items I needed. I asked where regular dirt was, no one knew, one of the 3 employees said aisle 53, no one knew where that was so I was off on my own trying to find aisle 53. Then I asked if they sold leader hoses because I couldn't find them, two of the 3 employees told me they didn't know and the other said no we don't sell them. I then asked for them to get a manager because I wasn't getting the customer service that I needed to find my items or my questions answered. I looked on my phone and Home Depot does sell leader hoses. The manager helped me find it. All of the Home Depot employees have a phone that is provided to them to help them find items to help customers. I had to ask them to use it because they didn't think to utilize this resource to help me. What I thought was going to be a 10 minute errand turned out to be almost an hour. If no employee that works there can't help people what's the point in shopping there. I will be ordering my items online going forward and doing curbside pickup.

Walmart NEEDS a damn TROLLEY! If you were any bigger, I'd bring a skateboard.

This place was PACKED but finding knowledgeable help was easy! They have such a wide selection of plants perfect for this area. When I asked my "dad" questions and my wife rolled her eyes the lady helping us chuckled and answered my question. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I can't wait to see how all the plants we bought transform the front of our house!!!!

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Have been coming here for 8+ years. Amazing selection of plants, yard art and gifts. Always our first, and usually our only stop for plants every year.

Laurie (from The Growing Place) is an extraordinary landscape designer. The enchanting English gardens she meticulously designed for us are delightful.

We are continually captivated by the carefully selected array of visually stunning flowers, shrubs, and grasses. The combination of colors and textures she orchestrated is awe-inspiring.

The summer display is nothing short of breathtaking, and as fall graces our garden, the kaleidoscope of textures and colors only deepens, creating a captivating tapestry of nature.

Our garden posed a unique challenge, with varying sun conditions throughout the day—be it the scorching midday sun, dappled shade, or deep shadow.

Laurie's selection of plantings proved perfect for all three of these distinct areas. Her ability to harmonize the natural elements with the unique characteristics of our garden showcases her unparalleled talent as an artist.

We consider ourselves fortunate to have had Laurie bring her artistic touch to our garden. If you're seeking a landscape designer who possesses an exceptional eye for beauty, color and texture, Laurie is undoubtedly the one to choose.

Expensive. Employees range from helpful to hateful…I got an earful when asking for advice on some plants that had died. Ruined the place for me.

I visited yesterday and found most things way overpriced (small Clematises for 25$ and Knockout roses for 50$ each, Small sized Acers 250$…), that too at the end of the season in mid September. Even Homedepot has better prices and in most cases better variety too.

There seemed to be enough staff around, willing to help, which is good but other than that I don’t think its a good retail place for serious gardeners.

I haven't needed it yet, but if you do need it there are people everywhere saying hi and checking in on you. Also the fun little events they have during the summer are fun. Plants are a little more expensive than the big box stores, but that is expected as they don't have a 200,000 sqft facility to support lower plant prices. Plant selection is amazing and their website has a tremendous amount of plant knowledge you can look at whenever you need it. For the last two seasons this has been my go to for all the perennials I have needed. My youngest daughter also loves the fairy gardens and all the things kids can do there. This place is amazingly kid friendly which makes shopping a joy instead of a chore. Thank you.

Highly recommend this place if you’re planning to buy some plants, shrubs or trees. People working there are absolutely amazing, they have helped us to choose plants, gave us advice how to plant them and load them into our car. Check out this place, they also have cute garden pots and decorations.

Love this garden center! Well organized by plant type (annual or perennial), shrubs, trees and bushes. We went specifically for their selection of fairy garden plants and accessories which are awesome! I really like this garden center because they have unique plants that you don't necessarily find at "Home Depot" type stores. Really nice garden decorations as well that are unique. Prices are average for most things but honestly everything is well taken care of.

The variety of plants is amazing! Plants I've never seen before! If you're tired of the stock items that are offered at other places, this is your heaven! Workers that are polite and willing to help you find just that perfect look! I'm definitely returning!

Can’t wait till Spring to go stock up on my flowers & plants! Large property with huge variety & helpful staff! A little pricey but worth it for what has always been my healthiest of plants! Also offer classes & have fun functions throughout the open months! Worth a drive out (thou Lucky I live very close to this amazing business!)
