I have been calling them for couple times this week to cut our grass but they haven’t show up.They used to be good and on time but not anymore.

Driver of truck was very rude did not listen to anything I said over charged and drove over my property never use company and should fire The driver

I was walking on wolfs crossing where crossroads church is one of the workers were cutting the “edges” he saw people
Walking on the sidewalk and he doesn’t stop for us to walk pass him. He got us all grassy. So sad.

We use Amy's Cutting Edge to maintain our commercial property in Plainfield. They are here every week and do an great job, cutting, trimming and blowing off our driveway and walkways. I have even called them last minute to mow at my house and they have taken care of me. I highly recommend them!

Contacted Amy's Cutting Edge because of their positive reviews. They responded quickly and came out to look at my lawn. Said they would send me an estimate for lawn care and I never heard from them again. Sent a follow up email and no response. Wasted 2 weeks choosing a lawn care company waiting for them.

Lady in charge of lawn and garden is very rude and ignorant to customers me and my husband needed her assistance and she was very unprofessional and should not work with the public a very rude lady

It's my favorite store! Friendly, knowledgeable staff and they usually have what I need; along with stuff i didn't know i needed!

They customer returns service is awful! There is an old women there, if you have a return do it in Naperville better.

This one store has 95% of everything I've purchased for my home improvement projects. And when they haven't had what I was looking for, the management has made strides to make sure that my visit is a success.

The store has also been working diligently to improve their customer service experience for years now. Every time I purchase an item at the store, I comment on how they did on customer service since I have scored 100% on secret shops for 10 years for that.

I must say though that their garden workers always ace the customer service experience.
