After long day we had they were awesome.

I was heading into what was going to be a record cold evening with no hot water. These guys were able to come the same day to replace my water heater. Tim and Sergio were courteous and knowledgeable. They explained the changes that would have to be made to bring it to code and answered all my questions. The work was done faster than I expected and they cleaned up everything. I am extremely happy with the service they provided.

DRF did an excellent job installing my gas water heater. The office and the installers communicated with me quite well, They carefully hauled the old water heater out of the basement and up the stairs and just as carefully hauled the new one down. Installation was done by the book and we passed the village inspection easily.

I am quite happy with DRF and will use them again. Highly recommended!

When the accompanying bracket to secure the unit to the countertop did not fit, Matt found one in his truck to complete the job. Very appreciative. Francisco great at assisting.

Melissa, who responded to our call and helped us schedule, was incredibly personable, kind, and upbeat. She understood our need to get a water heater installed and operational quickly. Service was prompt and the serviceman, Chris, was a great problem-solver. He made suggestions that accomplished what needed to happen, and saved us money in the process. We feel fortunate to have worked with this organization.

I appreciate how quickly the team was able to make it out and how efficiently they handled the job. Jorge was very respectful with our home while swapping the water tanks. Robert was very informative about the work they would be doing and was a great help answering all of my questions about proper maintenance to extend the life of our water tank as much as possible.

Robert and Jonah replaced my hot water heater. They were both very polite, professional and quick. The front entrance is too small to get anything big through, so they needed to use the back patio door. Jonah helped me clear the way. Much appreciated! I highly recommend DFR.

Andy and Francisco removed my leaking hot water heater and installed a new one quickly. Francisco brought the old one up from the basement and put it outside. They did an excellent job and wiped up all the leaking water. They are very personable and make a great team!! I will call DRF if I have any other plumbing issues in the future!!!

After getting home from work and wanting to take a hot shower, finding out that my water heater had gone out was not the best part of my day.
