Showed up on time and completed all work in a timely manner. Explained everything i needed to know and willing to go extra step to help out! After many companies told me good luck and offered no help, Reflections stepped up and took on the job!

Reflections Water Gardens has been maintaining our formal statued fountains on a weekly basis for several years, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I have them on an annual maintenance plan, and they handle everything — pump cleaning and maintenance, water chemistry and chemicals, opening and winterizing — with outstanding attention to detail.
It’s surprisingly hard to find a reliable company that serves Chicago and specializes in residential fountains, especially more formal installations, so I feel very fortunate to have found Reflections Water Gardens. They are reliable, professional, and consistently keep our fountains looking and running beautifully. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high‑quality fountain maintenance.

A treasured antique pump (the bright red ones that used to pump our water) succumbed to age and would no longer be the focal point of our lovely recirculating pond. To repair it would have been a prohibitive expense. The gentlemen of Reflections found a modern day version and installed it (no mean feat) in time for Independence Day festivities. The gentlemen of Reflections are Rock Stars!❤️🏆

The Reflections crew did a great job opening my Koi pond and getting it ready for the season. Many thanks to Luis and Marco, they are the best!

Makes it feel like you have to stay on top of them to keep up with communication. If their communication lacks, how can I trust their work. Hard pass.

Louis and Marcos came to do my pond spring cleaning today. They did a great job .quick, efficient and knowledgeable. Looks like an almost new pond. Thanks for a super job. Very happy with Reflections Water Gardens. I had a pondless waterfall pump put in last Spring and it stopped working within the first year. They called and got a replacement through the warranty for me. They came and reinstalled it. It’s back up and running again and I’m so happy. Every time I’ve needed help they have been wonderful. Highly recommend.

We had two small water features in the Chicago Lakeview area that were both failing after twenty years of decent but sometimes challenging service. One simply no longer worked or even held water.

Larry and his team cleaned up the backyard feature and fixed some leaks to get it functioning perfectly again. They also tore out the front feature and completely redeveloped it as it had never worked well and had stopped completely at that point. The result was a beautiful new perfectly functioning front water fountain feature that not only got it working again, but also made it work much better than it ever had when originally built back in 2003. It has been a joy ever since (plus all the kids in the neighborhood like it).

Larry and team do a lot of big projects in the suburbs and he was kind enough to fit our little one in the city between some of the others as time allowed. That said, he moved it forward through design and scheduling at a good pace and they ripped through the actual projects in one day flat. I am a big fan and should have left this review a long time ago, but glad I saw the “leave a review” button on a Reflections email and better late than never. Glad to see Larry and Reflections doing big things in the chicago region. I recommend Larry and his team without a single reservation. They do a great job.

This is the most impressive pond company I have ever seen who really care about their most important customer - their fish! They took my pond which was completely over grown with plants and I have 7 large koi fish. They emptied the pond in a pool and very carefully took care of the fish. They lifted entry single rock and washed it and inspected all materials and cleaned everything along with providing us answers to our questions to better maintain the pond going forward. This company and staff are truly incredible and the only company I would use for any pond related work including spring cleaning and maintenance! They are the most hard working staff and I couldn’t be happier with my pond!

Alan Weene and Larry Carnes at Reflections Water Gardens went above and beyond the call of duty to help my wife and I with our natural pool. Desperate for answers to some vexing problems, we reached out to them for answers. Not only did they answer our questions, they came up with insightful solutions. And even though we are located far from them in rural Virginia, Alan, with Larry's sanction, made the trip out to our home to personally install a new system that we desperately needed and to guide me in how to manage that system. A barrage of follow-up questions were also promptly addressed by Alan. The water in our natural pool has never been clearer or cleaner. We are very happy with their professionalism and their service and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Alan came to our house soon as I made the phone call and presented an estimate. He was very knowledgeable . Luis and Marco were very professional and friendly. They did an excellent job. They knew what they were doing. We’re very pleased with our pond!!
