He won't honor his contract by sending someone to fix the leak or providing a formal invoice for work done. To make matters worse, he's ignored my wife's calls and texts, leaving her feeling neglected. We were even going to post our honest review if he didn't resolve the issues - it's unsettling that two other positive reviews appeared at almost the same time. It's unacceptable that he's left his customer in this situation while I'm away serving my country.
