South Holland Appliance Repair came out and fixed my dryer at a great price had it done in less than an hour , great service !

I didn't do business with them. However, the guy wanted an explanation for my cancellation. That was a turn off because he was rather aggressive.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. THEY HAVE UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND DO NOT THOROUGHLY SCREEN THEIR CONTRACTORS. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY! THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT PROVIDED BECAUSE THE CONTRACTOR THAT WAS SENT BY THEM TOOK MY PAYMENT AND LEFT THE COMPANY. NOW THEY REFUSE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS. UNBELIEVABLE!

Wanted to Charge for The Repair & The Diagnose Fee. The Diagnose Fee supposed to go Toward The Repair is what I was told over The Phone. Very Unprofessional and Greedy, I Don't Recommend!!!

they came out with freon in hand told me i needed freon atempted to add it would not take freezer did not work got another repair man he checked the whole fridg and said my compressor was bad i got new fridg south holland refused to refund my money

Called this company and they wanted to over charge for looking at 2 appliances only discount $10 for second appliance trouble shooting $65 per total would cost $115 just to find issue - before even arrived 👎🏼. then I called another appliance repair place (Daves) only charge 55 to trouble shoot and only $10 for second appliance trouble shooting total cost $65
and they found issue and fixed both for total cost $130

Please don't waste your time with this company! They took a deposit for a part for my washer and never called back. I continually called and was always told someone would get back to but they never did. I went to the address they listed and the address does not belong to them. I had to literally threaten them to receive my money back.

The customer service is excellent. The repairman are professional and had mask on when they entered. They were no longer than a hour and my refrigerator is working great.

While the technician came out early -which is a good thing, he came to our home on a snowy day. Did not offer to either take off his snow boots or cover them. Tracked snow onto my hardwood floor. When he got to work on our dishwasher and did some work under the sink, he did not move anything and when asked if he needed me to do anything, he said no. According to him, my hose to the dishwasher was frozen and I needed to put a heater under the sink to thaw it. I went and got a ceramic heater that could fit, I went under the sink to find that there was standing water. Some of the items I had under the sink in cardboard boxes got wet. It was quite a bit to clean up and when I called them, the only resolution they offered was to "speak to the technician." They are not welcome in my home anymore.

They charged me $110 just to set appt, contractor comes out makes contact with my female tenant says it will be an additional $250, so he didn't know I was there I asked him $250 on top of the 110 he says yes bcus he drove 45 min, I simple said what does that have to do with the repair I asked him what are you replacing bcus I knew it was the "Pulley" on my whirlpool dryer I even had the dryer already disassembled, he claimed after calling the company that the part is $60 so you want $300 to now replace the "Idil Pulley" which I told him is less then $15, I ordered the part off Amazon it came yesterday I just repaired my dryer and part cost me less then $17 with a new belt! And company still charged me $110 lol smh, I get you guess use 3rd party Contractors but they are trying to rip customers off and honestly losing you business bcus I had 5 other jobs lined up for your company until yesterday & that was just 1 account

Was told they would be here between 8am and 11am. Never called never showed. Called the company and they said he was in the field. Waited till 1:30pm still no show. Called the company again and they said he showed and called our phone 2 times which he never showed and never called. Ask the company what is going on and they said that they could not get a hold of the technician. Not reliable and obviously they are liars. Dont waste your time with this company. Waist of time!

Paid to retain a service call, technician was scheduled between noon till 3pm., no call, no show. Having to put a deposit, without further contact / updates, is not friendly nor professional. Had to request a refund.

I’m noticing reviews from people who appear to either be professional reviewers providing reviews for services in multiple states, or they are account managers reviewing their customers. Either way, I need service and can’t trust the reviews I see here with the exception of the two negative review from the local customer. The rest from Margaret, Joseph and Reginald are all shady, notice how they all review the same companies around the country!!!!!

Really impressed. Easy to schedule, showed up on time, and didn’t overcharge. The technician even cleaned up afterward!

Top-notch appliance repair service! The technician was skilled and fixed our refrigerator's cooling issue promptly. Pricing was fair, and the overall service was excellent. Highly recommend!
