Recieved a quote last year from Jess, I reached out to move forward on the quote and was completely ghosted. Never heard back from her. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time.

Installation went great but I called for a service repair. They took a long time to respond. When they responded they wanted to come out the same day. Luckily I was home. When they arrived I was not notified. They fixed the issue and left. No communication at all. They don’t communicate well. Now reported another service call over a month ago and they still have not communicated. They also installed a grey board that looks ugly. I probably would not use them again. Once they got the sale everything goes down hill. My door keeps dropping causing us not to be able to enter from the outside in. Very frustrated.

Where do I begin. I had to prepay for a 6ft wood privacy fence, which felt weird. Peerless installed the fence on 8/19, several weeks after prepaying. The crew did not perform a final walkthrough with us and the installation was not clean. The crew left extra boards leaning against our playset and my daughter went out to play and the boards fell on her. Numerous spots have uneven cuts and frayed edges. Other areas have large soft spots. One gate doesn’t close properly, the other is not straight at all. One section of fence was placed on a cable wire, exposing a foot of the cut wire in our yard. Another section was installed on top of scrap wood. I submitted a complaint with photos and video. I heard no response after several calls and messages. Finally, in October, I submitted an online contact and heard back from Peter, who scheduled a time to come out. He never showed up and I haven’t heard back. This was 3 weeks ago. Do not use this company. Maybe they will see this and finally get back to me. Doubt it. Good luck if you use Peerless.

We've had 2 great experiences with Peerless Fence, and our rep Rob Ebl and I'd highly recommend their services if you're looking for a new fence. They installed a vinyl fence in my backyard and then came back to install a double swing gate the next year. Their pricing is fair and the communication is great.

I had Peerless fence install aluminum fence back in 2018. My only problem with the whole process was Sales rep. Just feel that he was not very clear about details.. Installation was very well. Guys who installed the fence were very professional. They cleaned up good, asked me to go around and check everything and answered any questions I had. That was back in 2018. Recently I had to call them back to replace 2 pieces of the fence that were damaged by the neighbor tree. Technician came out today (unfortunately I forgot his name) but he was quality control guy with the company. He was very polite and very detailed. After replacing damaged pieces he also called me out to inspect everything with him and everything looked great. Based on my experience with their service and quality of the product I would recommend this company .

Manuel supervised the installation of my new Peerless fence and he was wonderful. It is beautiful. Installation team was professional and left the site clean and beautiful. I recommend using Manuel, his team and this company.

The two workers showed up bright and early , quickly got to work and finished by 11:00. It looks great!

End of October 2024 installation - Fence looks good, but the big problem was they THEY LEFT BIG PILES OF DUG UP DIRT ALL ALONG THE WHOLE FENCE LINE, then it rained and we have a dog so now all winter our dog has been tracking mud inside constantly having to wipe their paws when she comes in, and we can't fix this now until it gets a little warmer outside. Do you not clean up the dirt when you install the fence? No one notified us when they were done installing the fence, they just up and left? Then emailed us saying hey where is our check! They also had the wrong size gate so waited an extra 2 weeks for that. Plus they hit a electrical line and left one hole open waiting for com ed for 2 weeks to look at it, com ed never said anything to us after looking at it, then resulted in them digging into more of our yard until finally someone came out and closed it up. So yeah. Complete nightmare. Only decent thing about this was the receptionist named Katie she was very nice and helpful. Thank you Katie, but otherwise I'd look elsewhere.

We are thrilled with our new aluminum fence by Peerless Fence! Manuel and his crew did beautiful work and our yard has never looked better. We thank you for your expertise and attention to detail. I highly recommend Peerless Fence for your fencing needs.

In 1998 Peerless Fence installed our first fence. They did a great job and the fence was great. In 2023 we decided to replace that fence after 25 years of service and once again we chose Peerless and they did a great job. The sales rep we worked with is Rob Ebl and we could not ask for better service. Rob answered all our questions and was available for follow-up advice prior to installation as well. The crew doing the install was friendly and efficient and we are very happy with our new fence. We recommend Peerless without reservations.

So happy with our experience! They were very professional and timely. Suggested them to our neighbors in our new development.
