The only experience I have had is that the address of this business is NOT an appliance repair. It is a hair salon. Be wary of any business that steals a local address so that they can seem local.

This should be no stars but you can't post without at least one. This is not actually a repair company in Western Springs. It's a nationwide contracting service that takes your service request and farms it out to anyone who will take it.

Buyer beware! Not a local company. This is a broker service and they dispatch an available repairman to your home. I was charged an $85 service fee then when the guy came to repair my dishwasher I was charged another $85 for him to add vinegar to my machine. $170 later and my dishwasher is still not working. I was told by the dispatcher that I now need to spend another $150-250 to replace the computer board of my dishwasher.... I could buy a new one for $600! Very frustrating. Use an actual local service and not this one that is posing to be local.

Although the business is advertised as local it's actually dispatched to other companies. The tech I had was careful, clean, and very nice. He repaired my oven and was up front about the cost. I do feel the price was high but I got an appointment same day so I am happy with the service.

Wish I had paid closer attention to the other reviewers before using this company. They are NOT a local business. I don't understand how they can get away with using this Western Springs address, as there is no physical storefront location. The are technically a national call center who dispatches technicians. A tech did arrive at my home on 8/6, looked at my oven for an hour, charged me $60 for the visit and said he would get back in touch. TWO WEEKS later I'm sitting here with the same broken oven with no idea when, how long or how much this is going to take to get repaired and there is nobody you can even call, other than this national call center. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs so you can deal with a REAL person in your local community who will be held accountable to provide timely service and is available to contact if you are not satisfied. This company is very misleading and deceptive, I don't understand how they can pose to imply they are a local business in our community. I am wondering if the positive reviews are real people or posted by the company themselves to add legitimacy.

They’re just a call center that farms out work to questionable people. They sent someone called a-high tech refrigeration who charged us and didn’t fix anything.

EDIT: after many calls with the repair tech and the call center-issue is still not fixed and he wanted an additional $275. So we now have a useless ice maker wnd it cost $325. They initially promised that it would get fixed at no additional cost and now the tech wants more money.

DO NOT CALL THIS SERVICE or La Grange Park Appliance Repair, they are the same! They will charge you before they do any work or offer you an estimate.

This is just a call service company. They have no location and are NOT the technicians. They will charge you $70 or more just to come out - and then over charge you for the job by the technician.

The tech's name was Israel Williams, and though he told me that the defective drum rollers were a common problem, and even though he knew that I had an electric LG model dryer, he had no parts and said he wouldn’t be able to fix it for another 5 days!! And then he gave me an invoice for $395!! $160 for the drum roller kit, which you can get for about $50, depending where you get it and $235 for labor!!

In the meantime, I called ONE STOP APPLIANCE in Oak Lawn. Jim came out 2 days later and fixed it for $200 total in about 30 MINUTES.

I called LG Park Appliance or Western Springs Appliance, or whoever they are, to complain and try to get a refund, but they refused. I looked up their location. They don’t really have one. Try looking them up on Hillgrove Ave, Western Springs, IL 60558 - it’s a generic location.

I’m writing this to save you all the trouble having to go through this scam service like I did. Now I have to file a claim with my credit card company.
