The owner came and cleaned the stairwells in a few of my rental properties, I thought it was a little high priced but once I saw how clean the carpet came I was happy. I will still use them regularly

After rescheduling our original appointment from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and adjusting our day to that appointment we waited an hour before trying to reach out by phone to the company with no success (also unable to leave voicemail) then waiting an additional hour and a half before calling again to speak to Philip who was completely unprofessional while we're trying to explain to him that we didn't receive a response call or anything from the technician he states the technician sent an email (which we actually didn't get until we were on the phone with Philip @ 2:38) he States the technician called but it went to voicemail he did not leave a voicemail and again proceeded to talk over us and yell at us when all we were trying to do is figure out why we didn't receive our services today on time I would not use this company completely unprofessional

My basement had flooded dude to a bad sub pump 2017 and the carpets on the far end of the basement had got soaked and I got ahold of windy city steamers and they were able to come out the same day and help me. They were able to suck up the water and saved me from having to replace it from mold. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.

Brandon came and did a fantastic job. Personable and fantastic work. Carpets never looked so clean. Highly recommend.

We just Windy City Steam for a few various jobs, we were so impressed with how quickly and professionally the work was done. We are looking forward to doing more business with them and will recommend them to our friends.

I had tenants move out who I didn't know where smoking in the unit, and left tons of pet stains that they must have tried to clean themselves with other products but did nothing except leave dirty soapy residue on them. (Never waste your time on one of those cheap rental units!) WCS came out right away, and did an incredible job getting the smell and stains out! It saved me from having to buy new carpet. A few weeks later, I noticed the smell was still lingering even after painting so they came back out for a consult and confirmed that the smell is still in the tile and grout in the kitchen and living room. Not only is the smell gone, but I couldn't believe what color the grout used to be! I highly recommend them for their promptness, communication, honesty, and integrity.

I had them out this past week to have my carpets and two sofas steam cleaned. The revive was top notch and what I appreciated most of all is that they didn’t try to upsell me once they got to my house. The price quoted was what it cost me. Thanks again! I will be a repeat customer for sure.

Brandon is very knowledgeable in the services he offers. He resealed my patio and saved it after many sealings gone bad from using cheap sealers. He was able to strip it for me to get rid of the bad sealers, and reseal at a good price. It looks like it did when it was first installed.

Best of all, he actually responds to you when mentioning you want your patio resealed. I had trouble finding anyone to respond to me to reseal my patio, let alone actually come out and do it, and for a great price!

Many things can go wrong when sealing your stamped concrete patio (I learned this the hard way), and it's difficult to fix when it does. I highly recommend using Brandon to get your patio looking great again.

Living in the city, I was a little skeptical of having Windy City Steam come to my condo to clean my area rugs instead of bringing them to a cleaners. After speaking to Brandon over the phone, he re-assured me that cleaning the area rugs which were covered and smelled like dog urine would be no problem at all. After already taking the area rugs to the cleaners and being extremely disappointed because they came back nearly the same still smelling like urine, I figured I'd give it a shot. Thanks to Brandon and Windy City Steam, he got rid of the urine scent and most of the stains doing a much better job than than one of the so called "top cleaners in the city." It is such a relief knowing that my fiance and I can invite our family over again without being embarrassed from the accidents that our puppies have. I highly recommend Windy City Steam, especially for pet owners! They won't disappoint you!

It's important to know that Windy City Steam does a lot more than carpet cleaning. I hired them to clean my sectional couch. This sectional has traveled with me between 4 different homes in the last 5 years. Additionally, it was considered my dog's favorite place to hang out, snack out, get stick, etc... Between tiny pet stains and small ink stains, Windy City Steam was able to clean every inch till it looked brand NEW! It has that new furniture smell, and looks great. I recommend everyone talk to Brandon at Windy Cindy Steam next time they're considering a deep cleaning. Whether it be carpet of furniture, you'll be extremely glad you did.
