I am purchasing a home and needed a spot tested where there was some discoloration on the garage wall. Scott and his team set up an appointment on Saturday and were out to the home Monday morning. And I received the report with a summary written by Scott two days later. The service was great!

American Mold Experts were professional, courteous and lived up to their name as Mold Experts. They were responsible for mitigating and remediating mycotoxins and black mold that we found in our house. They coordinated multiple vendors that were needed to resolve the issues in our house. We have been back in our house for 6 months and just got back clear results from an ERMI test that showed no mold or mycotoxins! Thank you American Mold Experts for making our home safe.

I had been sick for about 10 years. I felt like I had the flu, headaches, body aches, fatigue, nausea, etc. No doctor was helping me, so I decided to see a functional medicine doctor. After a lot of blood work she told me I had something called Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS). I had never heard of it and was very skeptical. Fast forward to today. We found out that we had a few spots in our home that had mold and we didn't know. Our dishwasher had an unknowing leak and mold was growing under our hardwood. AME recommended a contractor that knew about mold (not all of them do). He helped get rid of the major water intrusions/mold and AME came and remediated. This is the first time in 10 years that I don't wake up feeling like I have the flu and go to bed feeling the same. I never gave up hope that I would find why I was so sick, but with the help of my doctor and AME I feel normal again. I know many with CIRS that walk away from everything! Working with AME allowed us to keep all of our belongings and stay in our home. I will forever be thankful!!! In addition they were always available for questions! I highly recommend this company.

I do not recommend American Mold Experts. One of their sales employees was very pushy and asked to see our homeowners insurance policy before quoting the job. In my estimation, he wanted to see how much our insurance would pay before giving us a quote. We believe that an employee from the lab AME selected to process the testing materials (Enzcycle) stole cash from my child's room. AME reimbursed us for this amount that they say was "allegedly stolen" because no criminal charges were filed despite a police investigation. The employee in question no longer works for Enzcycle. AME hired an attorney to encourage me to alter an online review I wrote. I find this upsetting.

American Mold Experts did a top-notch job from start to finish! I knew that I had ongoing mold problems in my house that were negatively impacting my health and the team came out, inspected the house, identified the problem areas, and educated me on the remediation process. Once I was ready to get started, they came out on the scheduled day, on time, ready to get to work. The team did a pre-work walk-thru with me to show me areas of concern and how they were going to treat the area. When I returned to the home after the remediation work, we did a walk-thru again and the team showed me exactly what they did. Thankfully, the post-treatment inspection showed that ALL previously moldy areas were now CLEAR! Because the home is now clear of mold and mycotoxins, I can now start some much-needed medical treatment. AME made it very easy to understand what was being done to my home and why and the successful results speak for themselves! I'd recommend highly to anyone needing a guaranteed, warrantied mold and mycotoxin remediation!

In a rambling home with tight crawl spaces they performed a large and complex job that included locating a difficult to find source of the mold and then finding a difficult to find source of the moisture that created the mold. They also treated other more obvious places very carefully including files of papers. They use modern equipment to locate the mold, then they scope and price the job. The treatment follows. Days after the treatment they return with the same sniffing equipment to assess if in fact they had succeeded . They worked long hours in very difficult spaces. The crew was pleasant and responsive.

American Mold experts did a fantastic job. They were timely and provided great information. The amount of detail provided gave us confidence that our mold problem would be completely taken care of. The team in our home were caring and diligent in their work.

We worked with this company for remediation of mold found in our home upon selling. Everyone was very straight forward with expectations from the very beginning and nothing changed as they went through the process. It was seamless and effortless and the mold was removed.
