Robbie is excellent! He was at our house promptly & was able to fix our boiler heat system. He also has helped me with an air conditioner at work & is so nice/knowledgeable. Definitely would suggest calling him!

Called because our furnace wasn’t kicking on. When the tech got here the furnace kicked on and worked properly the whole time. All the tech did was clean a sensor. The tech, Derek, told me I would only be billed for a residential visit fee. When I got my bill, they charged me $139 for labor on top of a $60 visit fee and another $5 fee. The tech literally didn’t do anything to the furnace and it worked properly the whole time. When I called and asked why my bill was so high, the guy I spoke to was not helpful and said because his tech was here looking at my furnace…it even says on my invoice “furnace functioning properly at this time.” We will be going back to using Flo Tech because they would never charge us labor on top of the visit fee when the tech didn’t do or fix anything! Won’t be using this company again.

The owner is afraid of somebody stealing something from him he's always looking out the window I was supposed to buy a vehicle from him but I'm not cuz he's a very scary person

Whomever was driving truck 42 this morning 7am july 1 2020 was all over the road, in and out of traffic, on 30 doing 70-75mph this isn't Nasca .

Prices are expensive. I understand things like this can be but I called to discuss and no call back. Charges for a repair on a home where the owner is in nursing and has no money.

Love Van Contracting.They are very nice people.They care about there customers and when I called them to put a new toilet in for me they did a very good job.The installer was very nice and when he was done he did an excellent job on clean up.I will recommend Van Contracting to everyone.

Screwed my friends over. Quoted $400-$500 over the phone and charged them $1900 for the whole job. When asked why the job was so far off, they said that they should've asked for an itemized bill. Being the first time working with them, they had no idea. I am avoiding them for any future jobs!!
