We had Big Branch Tree service take down Five Trees and three of the trees grown into the neighbor's roof Riley the owner of 'Big Branch talked with the neighbors and explained what he was going to do. They completed the project safe and with no damage. I also would like to add Riley worked with us in staying with our Budget.

He really cared about the job he was doing for me (cutting down about 12 huge trees). We were in constant communication and took pictures of the results of his work. I had to deal with a partially fallen tree after a wind storm, and he arrived quickly, provided a reasonable quote, and completed the service in a timely manner. As a woman, I also really appreciated how respectfully he treated me throughout the process. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions thoroughly, and explain the process clearly without making me feel rushed or dismissed. Terrific and timely service at a reasonable rate! Reily did a thorough initial estimate, arrived on time as scheduled to do the work, and did a superb job of pruning my trees as we'd agreed. I had received previous estimates for the same work, and Big Branch's rates were definitely better than all the others I consulted. Reily and his crew were absolutely awesome—efficient, professional, and friendly! We had about 20 arborvitaes and two big Thundercloud plum trees that needed to be taken down, and they handled the job with care and precision. The whole process was smooth and fast, and the cleanup afterward was excellent. We’re already planning to have them back to grind all the stumps on the property. If you’re looking for quality tree work, this is the team to call. Highly recommend!!

The response I was received when I reached out was super quick. I really appreciated the solid work completed. Great, fair pricing. I also had a last minute request to remove a bush in my front yard (in addition to the two trees removed in my backyard) which was no problem for the guys. Reily gave my Weeping Willow a trim that beautified the tree and made my backyard more enjoyable in the process. He even offered me a lower price when the job turned out to be less intensive than it appeared. I’d definitely hire him again for the tree, sooner if his business expands to landscaping!
