I can’t say enough positive things about Property Pros and Josh. This is my second project with Property Pros. Josh came out to evaluate my yard for a fall clean up and thank goodness he did! I had so many things going on that I wasn’t even aware of because my previous yard company had never taken the time to really check things. Josh personally took the time to educate me on the problems in my yard and the damage they were causing, not only to the yard but also my house! I say this a lot but it’s definitely true in this case..you get what you pay for. Thank you, Josh and Property Pros!

Since moving to Carmel, IN, in 2012, I've entrusted my landscape design and lawn maintenance needs to Property Pros. Over the years, they have transformed my property from a dandelion-infested eyesore into the envy of the neighborhood, thanks to their exceptional landscaping services and unrivaled customer service.

Their attention to detail is unparalleled - from regular lawn maintenance to fertilization services, they have helped to create the greenest, healthiest-looking grass on my block. They go the extra mile, often mowing the lawn twice in a criss-cross pattern because they know I appreciate that level of precision.

I've also been immensely impressed with their landscape design services. Their team provided a comprehensive proposal with color renderings of their vision for my property. We decided to stage the work over two years to manage our budget. By 2014, we had achieved our landscaping goals, creating a lush, green lawn and beautifully designed landscape admired by all who pass by.

I have trusted Property Pros with my property for several years. I’ve had two major projects completed on my property by Property Pros. I’ve received numerous compliments on the quality of the projects. As a matter of practice I always obtain 3-4 estimates for projects. Every time I have gladly chosen this company. The plans always match the finished product. During the project I’m encouraged to discuss the progress with the Project Supervisor. This provides a level of comfort. In today’s society Customer Service is suspect and declining, making it so important to rely on a quality company that you can trust. Lack of Respect and Professionalism at Property Pros:

I am writing to address a deeply disappointing experience I had recently while interacting with your team at Property Pros. As someone who values professionalism and respect in all interactions, I feel compelled to bring to your attention the concerning behavior I encountered.

During my visit, it became evident that there was a lack of respect and professionalism among some members of your team, notably Jeff. Despite his apparent pride in his educational accomplishments, it was disappointing to observe a glaring deficit in basic courtesy and respect towards others.

In particular, Jeff's behavior towards me and other individuals was disrespectful and unacceptable. Instead of engaging in mature and respectful communication, I was met with condescension and dismissiveness. This behavior not only reflects poorly on Jeff as an individual but also tarnishes the reputation of Property Pros as a whole.

Furthermore, the lack of professionalism extended beyond personal interactions to the overall atmosphere at Property Pros. While I appreciate the attention to detail evident in the yard and truck, it was disheartening to witness such behavior from individuals who represent your organization.

As someone who has encountered thousands of individuals face-to-face throughout my experiences, I must emphasize that the behavior I witnessed at Property Pros was truly disappointing and unexpected.

Moving forward, I urge you to address these issues within your team and reaffirm the importance of respect and professionalism in all interactions. It is essential to foster a culture of mutual respect and courtesy, both among team members and in interactions with clients and visitors.

When we initially started looking for companies to come out and replace our wood deck with a concrete patio, we were almost certain that we were going with the company whose owner was an acquaintance of mine. However Josh blew me away after a couple transactions. Not only did he have the best overall vision of what our backyard project should be, his company had better prices and was faster at returning sketches/estimates to us. And I'm incredibly happy with the finished project. The work was done fast and incredibly well. I couldn't recommend this company any higher!

Property Pros installed a lighting system for me a few years ago. I can change the colors with the seasons through an app and I love it. The lights are still like new and work perfectly. They have also done landscaping for a few of my friends and did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend!!

I had Property Pros install a paver patio, retaining wall, and landscaping in my backyard. I had a general idea of what I wanted and their hardscape/landscape architects brought it to life. We had a rough start with the communication early on in our project, but this was during Covid and I’m sure attributable to staff shortages. I believe they have worked hard on making this better over the past couple years.

Overall we have been very satisfied with Propery Pros. The design team especially, Tracy Cox, has done a great job . Their end product is truly one of the best and worth the investment!

Our neighborhood is a low maintenance subdivision. Property Pros has done an amazing job with our contracted services. The mowing, edging and trimming has been superb. They are the 3rd company we have utilized over the past 6 years - but they are the first company that there has been ZERO residential complaints in service outcomes.

Very Very pleased with our project. We had a hard scape and soft scape project completed, from the design phase to the completion their team communicated excellent. Had them out a couple years ago to completely overhaul our back yard, everything from a sauna to outdoor lighting, flagstone pathway, drainage solution (that required a full redesign of 300 feet of drainage line with a new pump pit), and a ton of fabulous new plants… they’ve been maintaining our property ever since. We had our landscaping done on our new home in 2018.
We really liked the proposal because we didn't know what we wanted, and the ability to modify it. In the years following, we removed and replaced several of the plants, not because they were defective, but because we found others that we like better.
The install was professionally done, and we added landscape lighting (up lights) controlled by bluetooth. We've had some issues with these lights. We replaced several of them. Every time I called, management responding quickly, sometimes even outside of business hours (above and beyond service!).

The entire new landscape process from consult through design review, and from removal through install went beautifully and was extremely fast! Communication and the quality of the plants were excellent. Some damage to an existing tree was noted and Josh appreciated the feedback and plans to help his staff learn from that for future clients.

Property pros was professional and paid attention to detail in every aspect of our project. I haven’t had much luck with contractors over the years, some have been good, but Property Pros were excellent in all aspects. Our project wasn’t cheap but the best feeling is feeling like we underpaid after the project is completed. Lastly, their communication was honest and timely.
