Puroclean was sent out to review crawl space. Did not do a thorough job. Did not return phone calls and did not provide report as requested. Untrustworthy....

Nothing good to say about this company, mainly because of the owners management. Some of the reviews are from the owners wife and employees. When you post your own reviews and have employees do the same you that says a lot about the management style.

Employees coming to our home were respectful and professional. They called before they arrived each day and were diligent in completing work. Second time we have used this company.

Communication within this company is SO BAD. They told me that my basement was wet and if we didn't do the drying it would mold, then turned around and told supervisor and insurance it was not wet. I'm so scared my house is going to mold, stop panicking people!

NOT UNFOUNDED! I ended up having puddles under my flooring and mold throughout the flooring. So, obviously don't know how to find water.

lifesavers! Daniel R and Daniel G took away all of our concern after our washer flooded our brand new house that wasn’t even 7 months old! It was on the second floor which caused it to rain on my first floor. These guys told us not to worry and took care of everything. They even carried in groceries that got delivered one day. 10/10
