When my landscape people did work on my property, they accidently cut some lines in my Lighthouse system. Chris (supervisor), Jose and John from Lighthouse came out promptly and made the repair. Jose & John did a complete audit of my system and replaced bulbs where needed. They also marked in-ground lights with white flags to alert the landscape folks. We have had our Lighthouse system for about 5 years and really like it. We believe it adds to the security of our property. I thought Jose and John worked hard and showed an outstanding commitment to our system. Excellence in maintenance is so important. There seams to be real team work at Lighthouse.

Corporate HQ was extremely responsive to my initial review and comment. They called within an hour, and the team arrived to install lights. They were genuinely concerned about the process, and how we may have slipped through the cracks.

INITIAL REVIEW:
I've used the company for two years for holiday lights along the exterior of our home. They've done a beautiful job but this year changed their policy. They wanted to be paid prior to installation of our lights that they keep in storage. I proceeded with payment and was placed on the schedule over three months in advance of the holiday season. I have repeatedly called without any response. Needless to say, we have no lights and we have paid for a service that was not rendered. I feel taken advantage of and disappointed going into a joyous season.

We had been wanting to light our home exterior for some time so we are so glad we met John at the Home and Patio Show. He set an appointment at our convenience to evaluate and come up with some ideas and a return visit to share and go over design and worked within our budget. Then scheduling was easy, convenient and earlier than anticipated and we did not even need to be home. We had a great experience and we love our outdoor lighting. We now wish we had not waited as long as we did.

From top to bottom we have now done two homes with lighthouse, Tim, and his team - It is an impressive process from the design to implementation. I don’t know what more you could ask for from a lighting company. Comfortable to recommend and will absolutely utilize their services again.

We had Lighthouse of Indianapolis install lighting for the front of our home. We couldn’t be any more happy with final product. The design that they came up with made our home look amazing. John was our salesman and was outstanding. I had one other estimate from a competitor and they were quite a bit lower. John was able to work with me on the estimate and I went with Lighthouse. Even though the LH estimate was higher we still went with them due to their knowledge and customer service. I highly recommend Lighthouse of Indianapolis. I purchased landscaping lighting from Lighthouse Outdoor Lighting nearly 9 years ago, and the quality of both the installation and lights are still a quality product. I needed some minor work on a couple of the fixtures and the crew did a great job to repair, and then also checked all of the other fixtures for potential adjustments. I would highly recommend Lighthouse Outdoor Lighting for new installs or replacement. They are the best in service and quality.
