David Mantuck just completed a plumbing inspection and water heater flush. We are very impressed with his thoroughness in completing these various tasks. He was friendly and professional answering all our questions and making suggestions that will prolong our home’s infrastructure. He didn’t hurry through his inspection, but carefully checked every area that contained plumbing. We are pleased to recommend him to you all.

Summers saved the day! Todd and Zach were dispatched same-day. They solved our immediate problem, which was a BIG problem, and we look forward to their return later in the summer to get our heating system ready for the fall! Sept 12: Richard came out and took photos of the pipes in the crawlspace for the team coming later. He had to squeeze into a pretty small space and get some lighting in there but he was efficient and got it done. Corey and Gage came out shortly thereafter and replaced the lines and recharged the system and bled out their air. The only complaint is that I wish they would have asked me for maybe plastic to put under the bottom of the cardboard box our new water heater was stored in because they ended up getting quite a bit of water on the basement floor and it soaked the cardboard box bottom so that's ruined. We hadn't planned on messing with that right now, and now we have another job to do. Other than that, things seem fine. I wont really know until it gets cold out and we fire up the boiler, but I am optimistic. I think you really can't do better than this company - especially if you have a boiler!

Aiden came out same day, everything was explained, serviced scheduled for following Monday, this was a Friday. Monday, nothing, Tuesday, nothing, water still running in crawl space, Wednesday called, receptionist says not in their system, then get text, “working on crew” SERIOUSLY! Called one of their previous employees, he set me up with someone right away. Summers quote was 6,000.00, saying I would need it repaired all the way to the street, AFTER I said partial pipe replacement was done 3 years ago from side yard. The pipe that needs replaced is in the crawl space, not to the street, from previous fix. Now having pipe replaced, in crawl space for a few hundred dollars. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Can’t wait to see my water bill, being on a fixed income should make it near impossible to pay, thanks Summers.

Quick and friendly experience with Ayden the plumber. 1/27/26 waisted $400 they just threw a salamander under a random spot nowhere close to the frozen pipe and for 1 hour and got nothing didn’t investigate where it was frozen at or nothing. How are you a plumber in Indiana and not know how to fix frozen pipes !!

Thank you to Richard Cornett of Summers Heating & Cooling. He did excellent work in helping repair our ac system. He also went the extra mile checking on another problem at our clothes dryer exhaust area.

We did not end up going with this company just because of price but when we have their associate Todd come out to do a quote, he was one of the nicest guy we have ever met. So kind and honest. He actual took measurements and was really in depth about what we wanted done. This is a great company just wasn’t the right one for us at this moment in our lives.

The service operator was able to get me on the work list the day I called about my air conditioner. Andrew Rethlake is the service man who came to my house. This is the 2nd time he has been to my house to do work for me. He is such a nice young man. He is very personable, explained exactly what my problem was and how he was going to fix it. I could not be more pleased with the service he provided.
