Their was a fire at my parents home. They were like ambulance chasers, My parents should have choosed their own restoration company. They did a unsatisfying job.

Charles Wallace has been a great asset to me in my times of need. He cleaned my basement after a flood. He was quick, efficient and helped me. If I ever need help with something I can't do. Charles is the man. Just had a water heater fail. Called him on Saturday. He had me back with a water heater on Monday. If Charles can't do it, nobody can.

The guys saved the day when we had a pipe break under the slab. They were so helpful and did a great job. Brian, Charles, and the whole crew are fantastic. I highly recommend them.

We have used the team for several projects around our home. Two of our projects were with insurance involved so they helped to facilitate and got any approvals needed. Charles and his team are responsive, work with our schedule and deliver a beautiful product. Our project manager Erica was helping in providing suggestions for searching for flooring we loved and always made sure to keep us updated and check on us during the design decision making process. We have used them time and again!
