I contacted Rian on the phone and he agreed to meet me on-site in a couple days to look at the scope of work so he could work up an estimate. My property has several trees around the home and some branches have dropped causing property damage. He listened to everything I was explaining and gave suggestions to help with protecting my home. Rian then emailed his estimate that evening to me and I was able to approve the quote electronically. We spoke on the phone one more time to coordinate the start date, which lucky for me was in a few days. He came as promised, finished the work as quoted, and I was most impressed by the cleanup. The yard and driveway looked better than when he arrived. I'll be calling him again when I need his services.

Left 2 voice mails that I had 2 trees needing work. He never returned either call.
Sept 2023 after I connected with Rian, he gave us a very reasonable quote to trim our trees. He listened to what we wanted & gave us advise to keep our trees healthy. We're very happy with the outcome. He cleaned up our yard very well. I definitely will call him again!

Two times a no show. Gave a second chance after first time, but happened again. Really unfortunate. Might have given one last shot, but didn't get any kind of vibe that they felt bad about it.

Removed tree as requested and promptly, but left a big pile of tree debris. Said it wasn't their problem.

Hired by my neighbors to remove some tree limbs and drove over my landscaping when they left. Also destroyed limbs on one of my trees with the tops of their trucks. Drove off when I went outside to talk to them about it. Hire this business if you want someone who has no regard for your neighbor’s property.

Treeo removed deadwood from two 90-foot oaks. They came back a second time after discovering dead wood beyond the reach of their regular crane. Honesty and professionalism brought them back, as the higher dead limbs were not visible from the ground.

They came and removed several dead trees for us swiftly and efficiently! They are very reasonably priced for all of the work they did. I would and have recommended them to friends!

Hired to trim deadwood on massive oak. I was told winter was the best time to trim, but when summer came I discovered dead limbs that were missed. They came a 2nd time, charged more and missed another limb. Third trip was cabling of tree. The cable appears to be very small—hoping it does the job. A massive machine was somehow wedged into my tiny back yard and plants were completely trampled. They moved trash cans and grill on top of existing perennials, flattening and breaking them. Haven’t heard back after I called and left message.

Friendly guys and they were so thoughtful about protecting my flowers and plants as they removed two big branches from a very old maple tree. They moved bird feeders to protect them and replaced them when done. They went the extra mile in cleaning up. I will use their services again!

Trimmed back two large trees in our back yard. The crew did a great job and I appreciated that the foreman made sure it was how I wanted it done before leaving the job site. Would recommend and will use services again if needed.

Profoundly disappointing experience with Treeo. We have a large limb with branches impacting the top of my porch. Requested an estimate from Treeo, who provided a large estimate for multiple portions of a tree. Estimate was vague, so I requested an arborist to come out and actually speak to me so I could get a better idea of what the estimate entailed. Arborist provided multiple estimates, and I went forward with the one that entailed specifically deadwood above the tree and the house. Estimate was written in an unclear and confusing manner, and I had understood this to mean both based on wording and conversation with the arborist that this included the problem branches.

Which I admit is my mistake - I should have taken that as a sign and gone with a comparably priced competitor who had written a clearer, more honestly formatted estimate. I see from other reviews that i am not the only one misled by the difference between what their arborist and I discussed and what they decided their job was when they wrote the estimate.

Treeo then spent two months putting off my trim job. When they finally arrived, they did minimal work ) and proceeded to yell at me on the phone when I was concerned with the quality of their craftsmanship and their estimate. Arborist accused *me* of wasting *his* time for having asked him to write an estimate with me present at the house earlier on, so he could answer questions. Truly the most bafflingly unprofessional customer service experience I've ever had in my life. Had I known I was such a bother to them during our initial conversation I'd have simply gone elsewhere, but I guess at that point they were still trying to put on a good face to take my money for 20 minutes of work that left my trees actually looking worse than before.

The irony is, if he'd simply advised X amount to complete the job as I'd understood it, I'd have probably given him the benefit of the doubt said 'yes.'

He cost his own company further business. At no point did I threaten not to pay for the work - they simply don't stand up for their crew's workmanship and yelled instead, which indicates the company has likely had issues before and have found being rude to be the easiest way for them to deal with customers frustrated with their poor service.

This is not a company with competent, clear, or helpful customer service. After months of delays in communication, to have someone so high up in the company act in such a deeply unserious and unprofessional manner was truly upsetting.

There are many other tree companies in the area and I implore anyone looking for their work done to go to save themselves the trouble and find someone else.

I have used Treeo for 10 years and have always been astounded by their Professionalism, Service and Kindness. They are careful to keep the yard in pristine shape, even after a good rain. There is little debris, i.e. sawdust, twigs, branches, leaves, etc. With their great reputation and the experiences I have had with them, not to mention the reasonable pricing, I would not consider any other company for my treework.
