Went with someone else after multiple instances of poor communication

This company promises work to be done, then doesn't show up. Do not allow them to quote.
Upon speaking with Temco office, it seems a miscommunication occurred. They are diligently in process of completing work to be done, and are staying in touch.

I have Always had good experiences with this company. They installed a new roof on my house. They patch roofs and maintain and clean gutters for me at my work place. If they don’t answer, call the cell number on their voice mail. They are highly rated in the area. I recommend.

I'm really happy with the work that Temco did on my roof. Jeronimo, the owner, is a stand up guys and stands behind his work. They were extremely reasonable and genuinely went out of there way to make sure I was happy with the job. Great customer service. I feel good about recommending them to others.

When it came time for a new roof we weren't sure who to call. I found Temco and it was my lucky day. They did an excellent job installing the roof and cleaning up, and the price was better than anyone else I received a quote from. I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Temco has replaced our roof twice and the roofs of several of my family members. They always do an excellent job and provide quality customer service. I highly recommend their services for any type of home improvement needs that you have. We would definitely use Temco again in the future!

I went through Lowe's to get my roof replaced. They sent this company which was not local to me. For one thing they called right before they came to let us they would be here and we were out of town so we had to hurry home. At first it seemed liked they did a good job. They had the roof on in the same day. They cleaned up and hauled off the old shingles but it's a good thing we were home to watch because they were throwing the leftover materials we had purchased into their dumpster-which was whole sheets of plywood and whole shingle bundles. A few months later I found a couple of issues that I was not happy with so I called Lowe's while it was still under warranty. Well, the roofer while we were at an out of town Dr's appointment (he should have called first) said he couldn't find the issue. Then Lowe's had him to call me after he left, when I told him where the issue was, he blamed it on my gutters which had already been up for a few years and the issue was not there with the old roof. So I had another roofer to come check my roof (through Lowe's) and he said they took a shortcut on the back portion by cutting the shingles over the pitch. My husband and I are both disabled so we can't climb upon the roof. I would never recommend or hire this company again. They are so unprofessional! Plus, I would never go through Lowe's again for any remodeling.

Temco Roofing is awesome. I own an office building and had a small roofing leak near a roof dormer. The first roofing company that looked at the leak wanted to reflash the roof dormer for $800+, and I would have to wait 3 weeks. Upon a referral from a friend, Temco called me and was able to come within the hour. Climbed up on my steep 2 story roof and in a matter of minutes found the nail pop that was causing the leak. The leak was fixed immediately for a fraction of the quote from the other roofing company. The owner of the company came himself and was extremely kind and helpful.

After calling other roofers in the Louisville area we decided to go with Temco Roofing & Construction mostly because we were paying for it (not our insurance co.) and they had the best price. What I was surprised by was how quick the job was done and how well they cleaned up. We have used other roofers in the past however not only did they do a good job but the follow up over the course of time made us feel part of the Temco family. We even got birthday and Christmas cards. I highly recommend Temco.

Was given an estimate and told they should be able to repair roof within a week.

Nine days, after hearing nothing, I called (on a Thursday) they would have it done by Tuesday.

Wednesday morning, after hearing nothing, I called and was told we were scheduled for that day.

Thursday morning, after hearing nothing a 3rd time, I called told him we were moving on to another company.

Robert was great to work with. He was very nice, worked hard, and got the job done very well. I cannot recommend Not Just Roofs enough and will be using them again in the future!
