This company is the best in all of West Harrison and Lawrenceberg. Great to do business with. They care about their customers and will make your landscaping look absolutely fantastic at a great price. You can’t go wrong with Bright 4 Seasons. I highly recommend them.

Very friendly staff, but we did not have a meeting of the minds. I was misquoted by the owner for the volume of the stone that I would receive. I received only half of the volume of what he told me I was paying for and then he blamed the misunderstanding on me. Additionally I learned that the stone is marked up by over 300%! I found out that I could have bought from his supplier direct for one third the cost! (that's on me for not making a couple more phone calls before buying.)
I know a small business needs to make money, so I didn't mind paying a little extra for friendly and fast service (but that's when I was told I was going to receive twice as much as what I actually received) - but a 300% markup?! holy cow! Usually one sees such markup on things like soda and tylenol, but on stone by the ton? I don't know about the garden part of this business, but if you're looking for stone by the ton, then go elsewhere.

Got some great, strong, hearty plants at a great price that we couldn't find at Lowe's or Home Depot. Excellent pricing. Owner was so personable, and gave the kids corn to feed the huge rooster out back which they loved!

Great place. I bought scoops of mulch. Way cheaper than other places. Staff was super friendly and fast. Loader operator was great. Will definitely make this my go to place. Huge selection of flowers,mulch,rock and garden decor.

We ordered several roots and bulbs May 22. Since it was well past the earliest planting time for our area, we anticipated a quick shipment. Instead only a partial shipment arrived three weeks later. Since we had already left on an extended vacation, our neighbor meticulously planted the partial shipment. She noted, however, "It seems a miracle if the dry bare bone roots will grow. Same with the little bulbs, the size of an acorn." Nothing did grow except a single leaf-spear from a glad (photos sent to nursery). When the nursery indicated that the remainder of the order would not arrive until about June 30, we cancelled the remaining order, and the nursery did promptly return all but $18.67 of our payment (and thus we give the nursery three stars). Still, for all of the hassle, we basically feel our net $18.67 payment was not well spent. Though the plantings were staked, labeled, and watered by our two friends, we were not present to see whether squirrels may have disturbed the plantings (hence no fewer than three stars). But was the inventory already exhausted except for "dry bare bone roots" when we ordered on May 22? If so, the nursery should have returned our charge at the start. When we explained all of the above by email with photos to the nursery two weeks ago, we did not receive a reply.

This team was doing their Mulch Monday work at some commercial buildings in Harrison when I was lost today. They were so helpful and understanding got me back on track with where I was going. I could tell that I felt they were good kind people; it makes me want to go there to get their assistance for all my garden needs. It’s not often that someone will set down what they are doing for a moment to help a stranger with clarity.
I feel he’s doing Gods work. God Bless this family & I am impressed. It’s good to see in this world today. I hope I can get work done by them in my own town. What areas do you cover?

We were so happy with our experience with Hudepohl landscaping and design. We had our pool put in this past fall and they were so professional and experienced with how the hard and soft landscaping should be for our pool. Sean is a pro at what he does and his team is friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They all seemed genuinely happy to be working regardless of the weather, temperature, or time of day. That says a lot about the type of business that is in my opinion. We love how our pool looks with all the plants and trees as well as the work they did before the pool was installed. Highly recommend them for any landscaping needs.

In the end, everything was completed that we requested. The employees who do the work, both pool installation and landscaping, are great at what they do, friendly, and take pride in their work.

Our experience was disappointing overall. The front yard was left with a large sunken area, and the landscaping edge was never restored after we were told everything would be put back “how it was before we started.”

I would recommend clearly discussing expectations, timelines, and restoration details before starting a project.

Awesome design and install. Great communication throughout the project. Will definitely use them again!
