I called All about water when my basement was flooding so bad we could barely walk through it. They immediately eased my fears with a fair quote and prompt work. I relied upon the favorable reviews here as a reference prior to engaging with this company. Regrettably, my encounter diverged significantly from the depicted sentiments in those reviews. The owner's credibility is questionable, exhibiting persistent dishonesty without remorse. The integrity of this company is seriously in question.

The contracted work remains incomplete, leaving me with a surplus of materials and consequential damage to my property. Breach of contract is but one aspect of the numerous issues I now face.
I will be pursuing legal recourse against this company.

I had Tony install a new pump and pressure tank. After he was done I had a problem with a leak and he didn't install a new well cap extension to bring things up to code.
I Called Tony he said he would be here that evening or Sunday. Never showed.
Called again he said his truck was in the shop and when it was repaired he would call. Never called

Called and he said he will be here today, never showed up.
Sent Tony a text message Wed. evening, said he would be here first thing Thur.

Bad experience! They damaged our geo line and a another pipe in our crawl space. They tried to fix but we had to pay for another well company to come fix what they did. Then a couple months later the pump that they installed locked up. We had to pay again for another well company to come replace the well pump they had installed. We called them to tell them it had locked up and they just argued with us over the phone. It supposedly had a 10 year warranty. They dont know what they are doing.

I've had two things done by this company. One was replacing a spigot and that was done quickly and priced fairly.

The second thing I had them come do was take care of the well water I had so that it was safe and free of iron. I paid a lot for a water softener (used), an in-line filter, chlorinating the well and a water test. I was advised to put iron out in the well 2-3 times per week. The water was never tested beforehand, the water softener didn't work (later proved by another vendor testing the water and showing me the results), and the water test was not done.

I contacted one of the partners multiple times by phone and text asking for him to make it right (preferably a refund, but at a minimum come haul away the water softener) and he promised to do so multiple times, but it has not happened.
