This company will over charge you. Especially if you're using your home warranty. They wanted to charge my home warranty so much to where I have to come out of pocket 1k+. I found another company who fixed the issue for $130. The owner Todd is rude and doesn't care about about wasting your time. He doesn't communicate well at all. It took them over a week to finish an issue of a hot water heater they had just installed. Just an over bad experience. I do not recommend.
We’ve used Impact Home Services & Remodeling twice and had great experiences both times. Todd is honest, responsive, and does quality work. First, they installed AC in my workshop (a pole barn with 18-ft ceilings). Other companies quoted much higher prices, but Todd properly sized a unit that works perfectly without trying to upsell anything unnecessary. More recently, we had an emergency water line issue near the meter. Todd came out the same day, then returned that weekend with an excavator to track down the problem. He found and repaired an old buried pressure-reducing valve and relocated it into the garage so we can easily monitor it going forward. Fair pricing, solid workmanship, and great communication. Highly recommend Todd and Impact Home Services & Remodeling.
Todd and Mark were great in helping me get a new tankless water heater! They provided me a fair quote for some additional work to be done and were able to work within my budget to help get a price that was affordable. They came out and completed the job in a timely manner and walked me through the finished product and allowed me to ask any additional questions I had. Would definitely recommend using impact Home services to aid in any plumbing, repairs or projects!

Michael came to the house to troubleshoot our heat-pump that was making spiritic noises with the fan. He checked the electrical out and solved the problem. Beats having to buy a new fan. Economy is: Great, Honest, Fair priced, Knowledgeable, and based on Christian principles.
