Everything went well except he was supposed to arrive between 830 and 9 o’clock and an automation called me at 7:05 and said he was on the way and would be here in 45 minutes.
Since I wasn’t living in the place yet, I had to make a mad dash to get here by the time he arrived.

So just FYI, if he’s gonna come that much earlier than the scheduled time, call me the night before🤣🤪

Technician did the diagnostics on my GE Cafe convection microwave which also functions as an oven.
It was the second time the control board failed plus another switch was faulty. I chose not to repair a second time in 5 years and opted to replace for a new unit.

Jeremy did an excellent job rebuilding our Subzero refrigerator drawers!!! He truly loves what he does and he has the patience and expertise to do it right.

Steve showed up within the scheduled 2 hour window with a 30 minute call ahead notification. He ran some diagnostics and was able to replace the motherboard on the spot. I was very pleased with the professionalism, expertise, and support I received.

Val is an amazing person. He was thorough and respectful of myself as well as my home. He had to make multiple trips due to plumbing issues with my house but he was gracious about it.

We did not have a good experience at all! Tec came out did not take the back off of refrigerator and was only there e0 secs! He told us he was ordering parts , I called a week later and no parts had been ordered! GE rescheduled another appt for them to come out and they never did! They have lied from the beginning! I just don't understand why they can't be truthful! Just tell us the truth whatever it is! We have been without a refrigerator for over a month now because of them! My husband has sever heartfailure and is blind ! We are living out of a cooler and anyone knows you cant have good nutrition that way!

Found the technician to be kind and respectful of my home. He quickly fixed my appliance issue at a reasonable price. Will certainly use them again in the future.

The technician was awesome.
The service could have been a lot quicker. The part was in in 2 days, but it took 10 days for them to install the part. The total time from when the refrigerator went out to the day when it was completed was 18 days.

Justin at Scam Appliance repair has been nothing but awful to deal with. My dishwasher had an error so I called into the store who sold it to me and they sent him out. The technician was here for 5-10 minutes until a part had been dislodged, it wasn’t actually broken nor faulty. I wanted to negotiate based on the lack of work done and instead I was called an idiot and stupid. He threatened my wife and I based on his “recorded calls”. He raised his voice insulted both of us. This is a scam and stay away from this company.
