Great communication and timely/proactive scheduling to complete jobs

Business communicated throughout the process, polite, customer service top tier. They installed flooring, and installation of toilet was amazing. will definitely use them for everything that needs an upgrade or fixing!

If you value your home, do not hire this company. They were sent by our insurance company and it took a month for clean out. Then it was another month before they began repairs. They worked one day and never showed up again, but kept wanting money. I ended up having to hire another contractor to complete the work they started.

Insurance hired them they were supposed fix leak in the garage and fix a broken shower pan that the ripped out before even finding out that the insurance wasn’t covering Literally the worst experience not only they start something 2 months ago but now there trying to over charge when they hired a guy to put in the bath tub the guy they hired called and said he was only charging 2250 and not 2350 for labor and insurance gave them 708 so with that being subtracted it should only be 1542 for labor even if the material are 1162 it only be 2704 but they send me a bill saying I owe 3512 I feel like orange restoration trying to get more out the job that they didn’t even do not to mention it’s leaking into my garage again and no one wants to answer to take care of the problem if I could give 0 star I would

I was very happy with the work that Orange did from the beginning to the end the vendors that came out to do the work were very professional, and very good and very kind, and would took very good care of my home, and they were very professional from start to finish if so, anybody would like to Talk to me just tell them and I will call you, but I will use them again and again hopefully I don’t have too.

On time, friendly, communication was clear. End result was beautiful!

Todd and Josh provided excellent customer service. They were very knowledgable and extremely responsive. Todd even returned my call while on vacation! I would recommend this company for your construction and restoration needs!

They came to clean up the water damage in our basement. Once done they brought us samples for new flooring. We selected the flooring and it had to be ordered, which is understandable. Now three months later we are still waiting and haven’t heard from them. We have emailed, texted and called numerous times with no response. We will not be referring them to anyone we know.

We had mold all through our house and had moved into a hotel due to severe health deterioration. Josh and his lead man, Kenny, who worked on our house along with all the rest of their team, did an absolutely amazing job remediating our home. It was a devastating time for us, we were so sick from years of mold exposure and had been told we may have to just leave our belongings and move. In a relatively short period of time we were able to move back into our home. Thank you to all who were part of bringing us home again!!

Absolutely despicable company.
They lied about everything and tried to cover up costly mistakes and rotten wood.
Left job site unsecured, which caused damage and also damaged an antique ceiling even though they had been made aware of its existence.
Do not trust this company or its employees.

My insurance for a roof repair had me use this company. After their quote came in less than my deductible I reached out to have them repair it and was going to pay what it was quoted at. First call to them I was told someone would call me back in a couple days and they didn’t. Called them again and was told someone would come out to collect a down payment and an email would be sent to me, neither happened. Having to start the process again with another roofing company

FRAUD ALERT!!!!

Defrauded our insurance company for emergency cleanup work. 2 employees came out for 2 hours of minimal work, they charged us for 18 hours and have deliberately tried to recover more $ than the work they did. Would never recommend this service for ANY project.
