Had a 'lovely" experience with some of your employees today on Bardstown road, in louisville, they were very unsafe, and no signs posted anywhere.

This company hates the environment. Their truck was in front of my house smoking and stinking really bad for half an hour at least. They left this truck running for 2 hours for no reason. Was about to call to get an estimate on a new driveway. I'll call someone else

They put a concrete walk path in our front yard. They responded quickly to my initial request for a quote. Price was good and they got the job done in a timely manner. Communication with Evan was excellent.

I had a unprofessional run-in with one of their workers this afternoon while pulling out of a business parking lot across from the Purdue Polytechnic on Charlestown Road this afternoon. The worker was moving a traffic cone in the parking lot that he was working and he motioned for me to move and I started to move but he failed to indicate which way he was going to go. We were going then same direction and he proceeded to cuss me out and flash rude hand gestures and proceeded to take a picture of my license plate.
The New Albany police were called and a police report may have been filed for the incident. The worker proceeded to inform the responding officer that the reason why he took the photo was he was going to report my plate for reckless driving. I was moving slowly and when the worker entered my path of travel. I came to a complete stop and the worker was no where near getting hit by my vehicle. The worker did a soft delete of my license plate from his phone but not a complete delete. He decided that he couldn't wait 30 seconds while I passed his work vehicle and continued to the traffic light and this could have been avoided. If this becomes an issue in the future, with either the police or my insurance, I will be forced to make another police report regarding this workers action and be in contact with this company.

AT3 Chimney Inspection & Chimney Cleaning Services , IN are a true pleasure to work with. Sophia is wonderful at customer service and was so great about fitting us in to meet a tight deadline. Marvin did an excellent job at inspecting and repairing our chimney. I would highly recommend them!

Great communication on scheduling and arrival and was early not late 😆. Very professional, kind and took time to explain process, recommendations, etc. We had a well overdue cleaning and inspection. Considering a few repairs / improvements depending on pricing. I highly recommend AT3 Chimney Inspection & Chimney Cleaning Services , IN and use again for future chimney inspection. Thank you!
