Worst customer service ever and they ruined my front yard with zero accountability. Receptionist will not even let me speak with management or forward my message to management. Buried a sycamore tree under 10 wheel barrels of mulch in about a 500sq foot front yard next to my house. Tree is not even fully in the ground. They never took the wire cage off the root ball now I have roots surfacing all over the front yard and cant even remove or grind the stump because there is sharp metal wires sticking out of the ground around the trunk. Huge safety concern for my children! If your planning on building with Fischers homes or using Tuttles Landscape, dont do it. Fischers Homes lied about fixing this problem at our 1 year inspection and now a little over 6 years later we have no front yard because of it and Tuttles Landscape wont even speak with me about it they say I have to go through fischer Homes. Both companies are the absolute worst when it comes to correcting all the massive mistakes.

No communication skills at all

Incredibly poor and poorly responsive service. No one in their office seems to keep track of who calls them and they are pitiful at turning irrigation back on in a timely fashion.

Lawn service was expensive and wasn't done to a satisfactory level. We were also billed for mowings we did not receive.

We had Tuttles redo the landscaping on the front of our house after we removed some overgrown trees. They did a great job and completed it quickly.

Your company did an amazing job. My neighbors are asking me about it.
The thing I liked the most was that you were able to listen to what I wanted to get done, gave me suggestions and ideas and did the job super fast!

I've always enjoyed working with the Tuttle's team. Brad has been a joy to work with and I know weather seems to always muddy up his schedule, but the job gets done ASAP.

Purchased a new home, and were told Tuttles was the company that had to put in our yard, shurbs, etc. Was promised it would be put in by end of April. Did not happen. Was finally put in middle of May. They were suppose to seed the back and sod the front. They sodded the front (ok job, but sod was pretty dead). Did not see any seed in the back. So recently followed up to see when they were coming to seed the back, and was told they already did. They used no straw and could not even see any seed. So we weren't even aware and could not tell. They didn't even leave extra seed to keep it up. So called back to get quote for sod, as that may be a better bet. We were told we would have a quote 2 weeks ago. Followed up today, and were told they would get quote, however they would have to charge extra to come out and sod again. PLEASE LOOK AT A MORE RELIABLE COMPANY. These guys give little care to their customers.

If I could give these incompetent fools 0 stars I would. They did the landscaping for our new home and we decided we would pay extra to have them sod our backyard. They knew this, yet these geniuses showed up and seeded the backyard, without even asking for permission or scheduling it.

After over a month of trying to give them over 3k to come back and sod the backyard we gave up and cancelled the order. If you have the option of having another vendor provide the landscaping for your new home or are thinking about using these folks for any landscaping I'd reconsider.

Avoid these folks like the plague.

Honesty, integrity and attention to detail is how I would describe Tuttles Nursery and Landscape. We have always received good advice and had a good job done by Tuttles. After 30 years in the nursery and landscaping business, Tuttles knows how to please customers.

Worst customer service award goes to Tuttles! You try and help out a local company and they crap on you. We gave them a down payment weeks upon weeks ago to have sod laid. Well, after numerous calls on when they were going to deliver our sod they said we were last on their list of priorities and they were only making $100 off of us. WOW! Just WOW! If you didn't want our business in the first place you should have never agreed to do the work or CASH OUR CHECK! No worries....Genesis in Noblesville is delivering our sod tomorrow!

I would give 0 stars. They didn't do good job for our new house. Front garden- the shrubs and tree were not even planted properly in the soil. They were just put into mulch. As this was thru house builder(Fischer homes), it wasn't covered under warranty and so they did cheap job for landscaping. We had tons of big rocks in the back yard - preventing seeded grass from growing- also one tree in the front has been dead after 3 months - we had provided enough water and had contracted TruGreen for fertilizers- still the tree died and this landscaper is giving vague reasons - not just our house tree is dead - all the houses that were built in similar times are also dead - landscaper is saying all the house owners didn't take care of it !!!!! REALLY!! One of the house owner is actually minor in agriculture and he is working on his yards and garden 3 days a week and still tree in his front yard died.
NEVER USE THIS LANDSCAPER !!! Beware!!!

I was super pleased with the work Tuttle’s Nursery did at my home. They designed some new areas with some really cool, big rocks along with the perfect display of flowers, grasses and plants. They were professional and easy to work with. 5 stars all the way!!

Tuttle's did a wonderful job on our backyard! They built a beautiful patio with extra landscaping that we now use to have friends and family over for cookouts, etc. We chose Tuttle's because we see them doing a great job working on new homes in neighborhoods and all of the workers are really professional. I would recommend them for any job!!

We are so happy about the irrigation work Phil, from Tuttle's Nursery, did for us. He not only repaired the damage caused by our fence contractors, he went above and beyond and repaired the damage done by contractors installing our driveway, and made sure all the nozzles in all 8 zones covered the yard properly. He did the job with a strong sense of ownership and genuine caring. Phil made our day and our summer by going the extra mile and truly caring about us. All of Tuttle's work for us has been superb. Our yard and landscaping is in great hands.

Having postponed for many years to do something with the existing landscape in our front yard, the opportunity to do something led me to give Tuttle's Nursery a call to get some ideas and a quote. I was familiar with the company through past connections. Brad met with me and discussed some ideas. I was able to provide some drawings of the house and property for him to work on a proposed layout and a quote. After reviewing the layout and quote with some options, I decided to have the work done. Scheduling went well; the crew worked efficiently, removing the existing landscaping, prepared the areas for the new landscaping and buried some existing drain lines to help reduce their visibility. The work was completed in a timely manner, with some extra mulching added around a rear yard tree. We have enjoyed the new look, and have received a number of compliments from our neighbors. I hired Tuttle's last fall (2019) to design a complete landscaping package for my home in west Carmel. I spent over $20k in landscaping, hardscape, lighting and water features. The design work from Brad, the hard work from Joe and his team, made the completed work beyond anything we could have imagined. Most impressive was the quality of workmanship and the care the team put into our home each and every day. Without question I will recommend Tuttle's to anyone! Thank you!!
