Our service tech Andrew was professional and accurately diagnosed the problem. After having warranty work done through Whirlpool our compressor was filled with too much refrigerant and coil kept freezing and dripping ruining our hardwood floor. After many problems with the service we received thru whirlpool we called Appliance Pro. Our problem was fixed and we will now fight with whirlpool .
Whenever I have a problem with an appliance from now on I will call Appliance Pro and request Andrew!

Their process is broken, my appointment today was not successful. Our repair tech Stuart was at our house for 5 minutes, here’s the recap.

Our washer machine is leaking from the soap dish. He opens the soap dish, looks at it and says it needs to be replaced. He goes on his phone and creates a price, $875 include his $99 show up fee. I let him know we’re not going to move forward. He shows me a small box on his phone, he doesn’t explain what it is , he just tells me to sign it. I told him I’m not signing a box on his phone without knowing what it is. He grabbed our $99 check off of our kitchen table, then told me I won’t get a copy of the estimate. That’s it, he left.

This was not $99 well spent, I hope people read this so they don’t have the same experience.

Our tech was nice, knowledgeable, respectful, and fast. Based on the notes we gave at the time of the booking, the tech was prepared with potential solutions so repairs could be made the same day. Excellent!
