I had previously used Zippy for replacement of sewer line and was satisfied with the work but have now had a Zippy plumber come to my house twice for the same problem with a bathroom sink drain and have had different and unsatisfying results. Now waiting to see what the real problem is but I won’t be using Zippy. Have paid them twice and the drain is still clogged—have not been able to use the sink. Plus their customer service is very unsatisfying. Done with Zippy.

Ian Rupp was amazing! Easy to talk to and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He was happy to have me watch and made easy conversation while working. He even enjoyed having my (annoying) cat checking him out. Highly recommend him for everyone.

Mike did a great job! We had a stubborm clogged pipe backing in basement the Saturday night before Xmas eve. He worked efficiently to get the job done, was informative & helped me to better understand what needed to be done moving forward. No mess!

My kitchen sink backed up. Called on Sunday and told them I could wait until Monday. They called before 8am on Monday to confirm an appointment between noon and 2. I received a follow-up call at 11:30 asking if they could send the tech. He arrived, spent about 15 minutes working to clear the drain. Fast and courteous. Good price, too (about $100). I would recommend.

Called Zippy, they sent Nate out in under an hour to fix our clogged basement main drain. He was friendly, efficient, and completed the job in under an hour! The final cost was even less than the quote over the phone! I appreciate that kind of honesty👍. I would definitely recommend Zippy and use them again. Thank you!

We recently put our house on the market but had some sort of blockage in the main sewer line per the home inspection. Contacted Zippy Drain (via a friend's referral) first thing in the morning and they were able to come out same day that afternoon. Went to the house and met with Nash and Nate. Both were super friendly and very professional. Very direct, knowledgeable, and knew exactly what they were doing. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future if I ever need them. Thanks for a job well done!!!

We called Zippy drain at 10 pm and received service at 9.30 am next morning. Nate was extremely nice and professional. He fixed the problem and made sure everything works properly before leaving. Thank you, Nate, for the great service! We will definitely use Zippy drain again in the future.

Mike Boyd came on a Sunday evening to take care of the main line in our basement. Very efficient and pleasant to work with. After finding out they do NOT sub out the excavation work we even set up future appointments to fully correct the issue! Totally recommend this company & Mike!

We had two clogged toilets, bathroom sink and tub just at closing time for most businesses. Zippy Plumbing was one of the companies called. Ian was the service provider. Called to let us know he was on his way, very personable and looked for the most efficient way to solve our problem. Less than an hour and everything was unclogged. Very happy with the prompt and efficient service.

We had a great experience with Mike coming all the way out to our small town house right away this morning.. on a holiday weekend! Mike was very kind and professional, found the tree root problem right away and let us know other services we could use in the future to help prevent more issues. Thanks, Mike and Zippy Drain! I filed my home warranty claim last night and received a call right away from Zippy Drain Cleaning. Seth arrived to my home and was very knowledgeable and friendly! Seth explained everything that he was doing, and also gave some very helpful recommendations to solve the current issue, and to prevent this issue from happening in the future. After he resolved my issue Seth went above and beyond and cleaned up just as it was before(if not better) and gave me a very well written report of what he had done to resolve my issue! I would highly recommend this company (especially Seth) and will definitely be using this company for any future issues!

Josh Allen (not the QB) has been great both times we have had Zippy Drain come to our house. Easy to make an appointment and he arrived on-time, did a great job, a quoted a great price.

Called Zippy on a Saturday for slow draining floor drain. They were upfront about their pricing and and we decided to schedule for Monday during normal rates. Nate came out within 15 minutes of placing my return call on Monday morning. He was very clean, quick and honest. I've used other local companies for this same service but will be calling Zippy for my future needs.

The sewer line draining our washing machine backed up out of the floor drain in our basement on a Saturday night at 8 PM. We called Zippy and Ian was out within 30 minutes. As soon as he arrived I immediately knew we were in good hands. He identified the problem, brought his machine in, and the obstruction cleared within an hour. He went above and beyond to make sure we knew what was happening and what to do if it happened again. On top of that, the price was extremely reasonable, especially for after-hours emergency service. We will definitely be calling Zippy for all of our plumbing needs!

They just recently came out to a house I was looking at buying and we’re doing a drain inspection because there had been a history of some backups occurring at the property . There was 2 drains that they were supposed to look at one in the basement and one in the yard. My realtor expressed to them that there was one in the basement and yard, they ignored him and just checked the one in the yard. So they checked the one in the yard and they spray painted on LEAVES where the different parts of the drain line were. First time it’s a windy day all there markers will blow away and won’t know where they marked. Charged me $480 for it too to check 1 drain line that had super easy clean out access too, way too expensive and won’t recommend to ANYONE.

Outstanding service at a fair price! Called around 5pm on a Saturday for a sewer backup. Zippy Drain was on site within the hour and had everything flowing in short order. Highly recommended!

Nobody plans the sewer clog. These guys were great at getting me in within a few hours of me calling them, and it was a Friday afternoon. The dispatch gal was super friendly and helpful, too. Another company that I called was booked until Tuesday, and my "former" go-to still hasn't called me back.
Seth did a great job and was very communicative with me during the process to explain what he thought was happening and why, and he had a great attitude!
I may have found a new "Go-to" for my rental properties, and I will certainly recommend this crew to my real estate clients!

Amazing service. Had a clogged pipe they were able tome out the same day and they stayed true to the price quoted over the phone. No hidden add-ons. The technician was professional, thorough, and did not leave any mess. Also had the back out to inspect our water heater on a different call. That technician was also very through and patient as we discussed what resolutions can be looked into. Highly recommend this company for your service needs.
