ProRestore DKI was prompt. Ryan arrived the same day. I also received an estimate by email the same day.

I had contacted a couple other companies regarding this same service--one gave me price over the phone more than double Ryan's estimate without seeing the property. The other company came to look at the place and then told me it was going to be more than a week to get me the estimate.

I scheduled ProRestore. They showed up promptly, kept me informed, did a thorough complete job and gave me the best price. Would I use them again? Absolutely!

Lazy inexperienced workers. Don't have any knowledge of proper mold removal. Disaster clean up. Hire professionals as these people are not. Allowed my bed to get wet and ruined. Joke of a company!

When we were looking for a remediation company to assist with replacing our HVAC due to mold, we had 3 different companies come over and we could easily tell that ProRestore was the only one of the 3 with true knowledge of dealing with mold. Their representative took all of our concerns and questions seriously and explained our options clearly. Fast forward to the day the HVAC replacement was scheduled to be done... The HVAC company failed to show up, but ProRestore still took care of a piece of the work that needed to be done ASAP while we looked for a new HVAC company. We continued to be very happy working with them throughout the remainder of the HVAC replacement process.
