Called and the phone was answered in a manner that immediately told me I was dealing with someone who uses his personal phone as his business phone. I verified that I had the right number before giving a brief description of what I needed done and set up an appointment with him for the next day to come take a look. Next day, I set aside other things so I wouldn't miss him when he arrived. He didn't show at the appointment time but things happen, so I waited. Forty-five minutes after our scheduled time, I gave him a call to see if we needed to reschedule. On the second ring, my call got transferred to a call screening service that told me it would transcribe my message and deliver it to him. Okay, he's probably busy and has his hands full, so I left a message. That was over a week ago, and he never made any effort to return my call. I have since looked for someone else and came across his yelp reviews. It appears this is a common practice, as the few reviews he has are all one star and tell the same story. Between using his personal phone as a business line, ghosting appointments he scheduled, and refusing to answer the phone or call customers back, I found him very unprofessional and would not feel comfortable hiring him to pull weeds out of a flower bed, let alone do electrical work.
